In the records for who is in which cell, it says originally that Fawkes' cell was occupied by someone with a female name. Most people took this to mean that this was Fawkes but apparently he moved cells or something.
That's where I got the "she" from.

Here you go, bounty.

Thank you, so much.
Let me know how your boneyard turns out, I'm always looking for mods that don't ruin the lore in Fallout.
Oh thats too bad because its going to be packed with large titted furries, 3d anime, and horrible veronica models.
I seriously wonder does SHE EVEN HAVE HAIR
So since I will no longer be able to buy/play the new assassins creed game, I'm thinking about getting New Vegas as an alternative, but doubt I'll like it.
I really didn't care too much for Fallout 3 and really couldn't get into it too well. I guess the setting and how the gameplay played out overall, was too hard for me to get drawn into it.
I hear the dialog, quests, and etc are much better in this game but I worry that I'll not really like it overall and get bored quick. Mostly due to how it might play out and due to me not really caring too much about the setting in F3 (as those are two things in NV that appear from the outside to be identical to F3).
Should I still get? :-\
Oh, I should mention that I pretty much got Fallout 3 on release so if there are some amazin' mods for new vegas that make the game MUST HAVE now would be a good time to say :)
Also I love open world games or games you can immerse yourself in (like the elder scrolls series), so that's not really what's holding me back.
Gunplay in New Vegas is a lot better than it was in fallout 3.
I sort of liked the bleak urban atmosphere of fallout 3, but New Vegas is just as good in it's own way. There's also more people and less monsters in New Vegas.

Dear lord, you can't even fart in the direction of official content on New Vegas Nexus without somebody taking it up as their job to "play moderator" just for the purpose of being a condescending asshole.
Don't you love the Nexus community? Loving gay furry mods and banning anyone who goes against them, but a useful modders resource is a no-no. Stay classy Nexus.
Someone should make another Fallout/Oblivion mods website named something like "Wrenchbryo", which has it's own section for stupid porno/furry shit and everything else is in another section that doesn't spam you with advertisements.
Also put in a secret message complaining about how the Nexus websites are dumb and their moderators should be executed.

I always figured for a highway city the poor would live on the bottom while the richer more successful members live on the top.
Actually I was thinking of having rampant geckos, radscorions, cazadors down below, making it sort of dangerous. May make a little "under the bridge slum", though (in one of the safer areas). If possible I'd also like to set up an elevator system so bottom and top can be joined.
For the most part under the highways consists of garbage, crushed cars, sludge and radiation. That is to say, between areas of civilization.

Thats it, I'm learning how to use the GECK, if only I wasn't so fucking lazy.
I don't understand how generating the world lod in GECK can take up to 10 hours. That's fucking absurd, what the hell could it possibly be doing in that time? With morrowind graphics extender you could generate a hugely detailed an enormous LOD in a matter of minutes (for morrowind..), and what more that LOD looks WAY better than the ones in oblivion and fallout 3.
this = 2 minutes
[img_thumb]http://i73.photobucket.com/albums/i201/Vality7/Screenshots3/redmt7.jpg[/img_thumb]
this = 10 hours

???
I'm seeing a huge discrepancy here.

Just note that if the people have been living there for extended periods of time, they probably would have either moved and dropped some vehicles out of the way, or flipped them sideways and place them at the railings to provide cover from attacks.
Dumb fucking LOD again
Bethseda seems to think that "LOD that looks like shit = Good" in one of their interviews, they said it made the landscape easier to discern or whatever.
Stupid shit.
Well, I decided it was new character time. This run should be interesting.
Meet Crazy Manuel. He is, as his name playfully suggests, quite insane. Kept alive only by the love of a beautiful power fist and an insatiable desire for bottles, he roams the wastes, unflagging in his desire to find empty bottles and fill them with water. Whether the water gets drunk is, at this point, entirely secondary. Unfortunately, many don't take kindly to Manuel's open theft of bottles left on tables and countertops, and as a result all of Primm lies dead. They should have given him the bottles.
i like fighting humans more than mutants, all the powder gangers and increased number of raiders is nice in New Vegas

i think New Vegas has a much more interesting and generally cooler setting than F3 did, the general gameplay feels similar to me, although i don't use VATs as much unless i'm only against 1 guy due to it taking so long and i usually end up dieing or getting hurt while using it

The setting in New Vegas is better, in my opinion of course. Fallout 3 was barren, with there being only a handful of settlements of people seemingly placed at random locations. New Vegas has many more outposts, and the outposts are in sensible locations.
Honestly, the only thing the two games really share are the graphic style, and a few models.
Small update: Crazy Manuel has acquired 1. a compulsion to collect Star caps, and 2. THE SPEAR OF DESTINY, allowing him to impale limbs...forever. Consequences will never be the same.
there should be AIDs, someone make a mod
Will go perfectly with animated prostitution.

"few" models

You should hope he doesn't meet my character. I'm playing as an "avatar of absolute justice". Basically if I see anything morally unjust I punch the shit out of the character right there and then. Anyone trying to stop me is seen as obstructing justice and will get the same treatment.
There aren't that many people left in the wasteland anymore :v:
The force of the two punching it out would probably shatter the Mojave like so much glass.

I wish power armor were SUPER powerful, like if two people in PA fought, they would be sending each other flying through rock formations and shit
or maybe only PA at full power could do that, and all the BoS/Enclave could never get a proper power source for their armor
I need sleep
[editline]19th November 2010[/editline]
HOLY SHIT IDEA, time to post it so I don't forget
Legendary Pre-War Power Armor
A huge quest mod that will have you delving deep into a forgotten pre-war bunker in search of a mythical set of power armor, told of only in legend. The quest is NINTENDO HARD, level 30 badasses only. It would have alternate paths so someone who dumped points into sneaking/hacking/picking could still be challenged and get in (probably by avoiding traps and solving puzzles) while more combat-oriented characters would face wave upon wave of foes and they would have to solve puzzles too.
Maybe have a climactic ending where you have to sacrifice a follower to get the armor
The armor, of course, makes you run super fast, jump high, have the strength of 100 men, and so on. Sure it's OP, but you have to be man enough to EARN the right to use it at all.
From a mod on the Nexus:
This plugin is planned to add more PC-NPC and NPC-NPC interactions. NPCs will have a more complex behavior, daily routines,
they will interact with each other and sometimes have sex with each other and/or player.
Oh, they will have daily routines, and just, you know, sometimes casually have sex with each other.
don't think there's much else to do in the wasteland besides casual sex :v:
Talking about the weather.
"So, how'd'ya like the weather?" "Eh, a bit yellow for my taste" "I hear ya"
"I saw a Radscorpion the other day. Nasty Creatures."
"Goodbye"
Find Lily.
Talk to Lily.
Murder Lily and all of Jacobs Town.
Also, fucking furries on my Steam Friends saying to me that they are playing Call of Fur : Modern Whorefur 2.
Good thing Fallout doesn't feature playable Furries, otherwise I would need a lot of 50.BMG.
