Get GECK
(assuming you know the basics, if you don't, check youtube on how to make a NEW weapon)

Make the weapon crit % 100

Then on the crit effect give it the Lady something paralysis effect and uncheck "on death"

and there you have it

I think my NV is missing some files or something

for example: NO raiders. I have seen no raiders at all. The only people that attack me at this point are powder gangers and those druggies that took over the vault near New Vegas.

NO throwing weapons (spears, etc) the last one I saw was the singular throwing hatchet in Goodsprings, and I have seen no other throwing weapons since except assorted grenades.

Is my game missing files or something? Or does creating your character in a certain way change what shows up in the game?

Legion carry throwing spears and there are plenty of 'raider' enemies, they're just divided up into a variety of groups like the Vipers, Jackals and Fiends. There's nothing wrong with your game.

I remember a screenshot of Catherine in the GECK, and her skin is very, very dark. I think I heard somewhere they did that so that it appeared her leg (which you only see at the side) looks shadowed.
