It's amazing that I didn't notice it since I'm always watching News Radio and Kids in the Hall
The comedy channel I watch all the time just started playing Kids in the Hall again. I think I died and went to heaven.
Also, I knew Dave Foley was the voice actor beforehand, so when I met Yes Man for the first time, I was overwhelmed with awesome. Thus, Yes Man is my favorite character.
People with the collector's edition might have noticed this already, but looks like a cut companion will eventually be added back into the game via DLC. (Or atleast, Avellone wants him to be)

Have you ever written a quest or character that you loved but for whatever reason could not implement in the final game?
Yep, it happened in Fallout: New Vegas. There’s a character on one of the trading cards, Ulysses, who was supposed to be a companion. Oddly enough, tearing him out of the game was almost as hard as putting him in because companion scripts touch almost everything (and he also was a complicated character in terms of some of the hooks into the storyline). Maybe he’ll come back at some point. I miss him.
I would like to see this character. I get a "kickass" vibe from his card.
I have invented a new (blood)sport:
Wake up as many people as you can in New Vegas' sewers and run like hell. The place is a labyrinth; on more than one occasion I found myself cornered within a caved-in tunnel... naturally, I whipped out my hunting shotgun and started popping heads before those zombies could approach me and begin chatting about sewer rats and the consumption thereof.
:derp:
Nice, we might have a nignog in the next DLC. He will totally hate Caesar's Legion.
Bethseda seems to think that "LOD that looks like shit = Good" in one of their interviews, they said it made the landscape easier to discern or whatever.
Stupid shit.
I just mind-boggled by the fact that it takes so long to generate a lod that looks like crap. The one with MGE is larger, more detailed, more customizable, and it only takes a few minutes to generate and it displays everything in the distance with pure fidelity. How the one in Fallout 3 and Oblivion can take so incredibly long to generate, it's just amazing.

Did no one else botice this post?
where did you get that gas mask? is it a mod?
[editline]19th November 2010[/editline]
so i just got the explorer right, i already have about 15 hours played so far and about 85% of the map is still unexplored, i love how much content they have in their games, i spent around 70+ hours on F3 and a bit less on Oblivion
Anyone got a command for Verionica Arcade and Raul to remove their default armour and the hood for Veronica?
Also, Anyone else think that Obby pulled off Boone perfectly?
Does anyone else think it would be awesome if the melee weapons had like some brutal finishing moves?
Like I really feel like impaling some raider with my raider gladius just to feel awesome. Or brutally smash my Ripper into someone's stomach and let it rip like the space marines do.
Just because finishing moves are cool when not overused.
Bought FO3 on Steam, any must have mods?
Fellout, No Auto-Aim, Enhanced Blood, Better Headshots and Better Game Performance.
Those are the most important ones I use.
Oh my, I just noticed I was loading both URWL and Fellout at the same time for weeks, and I haven't even noticed! Didn't even have any crashes, lol.

One word - Gamebryo.
tl;dr No.
I think the sky in fellout for f3 looks like complete shit
from the screenshots I've seen of it it looks fucking neon turqoise
has anyone else found TOXIC DUMP SITE
the most exciting marker in the entire game
I think the sky in fellout for f3 looks like complete shit

On my computer it looks the right shade of blue.

*Cass walks into a room and goes up to Veronica*
Cass: "It was nice talking to you."
*Walks out*
LMAO@ this dialogue I just had:
I chatted up some guy on the road and asked about his life story.
"Well, I was born in a little town out Montana way. Me and ma didn't have much, ever since my pa up and left!"
"[Lady Killer] Wait, Montana? You wouldn't happen to be 17, would you?"
"No, sir. I'm 28, why?"
"Oh, thank god. Forget it. Never mind. So your father left?"
lol Lady Killer. An essential perk.

Judging from[sp]the name "The Lonesome Drifter" and the music that plays whenever you whip out or holster his gun, his father is the Mysterious Stranger.[/sp]
Judging from[sp]the name "The Lonesome Wanderer" and the music that plays whenever you whip out or holster his gun, his father is the Mysterious Stranger.[/sp]
A better example is when he says his father was "mysterious... sometimes it felt like he was a stranger." Oh, and it's "The Lonesome Drifter", btw.
if he's 28 why is Miss Fortunate still a babe
there are no cougars in post-nuclear wastelands (until you get mods from the nexus)
Where can I find boone?

Go to the mouth of that thing during the night.
I'm doing I Could Make You Care and am at the point where you're getting the holotapes from the three patrols. [sp]I have already shown the overseer the technology and killed those 4 paladins. I told her that she should decide by herself if she should stay or go.[/sp]
A lot of game time later (and I mean a lot, about 12 quests later) Veronica asked me to take her to Hidden Valley, and I offered to escort her. So I took her to HV and have talked to her numerous times on all of the levels and she's still following me around. Where the hell am I supposed to take her to?
This quote really does sum up the vast majority of NVN users:
So does this add a sexy veronica to a highway or what?
Otherwise I don't really see the point in it.
(It's from that highway overpass download that was posted a few pages ago)

Hard to see how it couldn't be a joke. The Nexus isn't THAT stupid... right? :ohdear:
