Fallout Series Thread V4 - Dear Old Friends, Remember Navarro

I made my own explosives mod :3:. The missile launcher is devastating, now. Mostly made it to compensate for hardcore mode, though. I only play hardcore, and needless to say, for a 20 pound missile launcher and 3 pound per unit of ammo, it had better be fucking devastating.
Someone needs to rip all of Yes Man's voice files
New version of Nevada Skies is out.

Looks much more stable. What do you guys think, worth downloading now? Should I use it alone or with Fellout or URWL?
I remember one mod in Fallout 3 that had the ability to shoot locks, or blow them up. Anybody know of anything like this to be made in New Vegas?

Working on it, will upload to MediaFire when done.
EDIT: ETA 5 minutes
[editline]20th November 2010[/editline]
Done. Here are all the voice files from the /robotyesman/ folder in their original .ogg format. Didn't bother converting to MP3 because of the quality loss.

I think it was only blowing them up with mines or grenades, but yeah.
Not that many locked doors in NV though, and even less computers
I'm beginning to tire of the game. That may be because I've just been exploring, or that my tag skills were EW/Repair/Science. Probably going to start an Unarmed/Guns character some time.
That would be More Perks.

One of the perks is using explosives to blow doors open.

DLC List:
Dead Money - Confirmed
Something to do with Burned Man (in Grand Canyon) - Quite likely, considering the amount of Legion talk about him
Something in New Canaan - Possibility
Some North of Vegas (Could be New Canaan related) - Very likely, considering Northern Passage
Something West of Primm, to do with Courier's Past (and maybe the Courier who turned the job down) - Very likely, considering Canyon Wreckage, which has lots of stuff relating to the Courier, and how s/he can go home
Play after Endgame - Likely, considering that people want it, and it adds more replay value to the game
Can anyone else think of anything thing else that could be related to DLC?

Obsidian said that will never happen.
I know, I remember that as well, but they might change their mind depending on what the fans say.
Though I wouldn't be surprised if they don't do it because of all of the different endings there are.

Thanks!
No problem. $5 via PayPal, please.
EDIT: Alright, fixing that quote is payment enough.
Is it normal for the sound to cut off before it ends or is it VLC being stupid?

Really need help here

For me most media players won't play the full ogg. Try Winamp, they worked fine for me using that.
Is it this bug?
While talking to the Elder, both Veronica and the Elder will freeze in place and will not respond to attempts at communication. Upon reloading, the Elder spouts three phrases, and Veronica is unresponsive.

Yeah, Exept for the reloading, They just stay the same

Then you're fucked. No known fix. Maybe someone else can help out.

CockWaffles

same to you :colbert:
I actually would prefer not to have post-endgame DLC. The ending was a lot more complicated and satisfying this time, and pretty much all loose ends were tied up. I'd say leave it as is.

I personally think it would be really cool to see how the wasteland changed if you chose 1 of the 4 groups/robots.
I really hope they add DLC that has to do with the Burned Man. Not only that he[sp]might still be alive[/sp]but he is very interesting.[sp]He came from Mormon beginnings, and became Caesar's Legate. How can a man of god become something so fierce?[/sp]
