I have the same problem that I have in FO3 the radio does not update Ive been hearing about stuff I did 20-30 quests ago. Mr.newvegas is an improvement over 3dog.

I had a whole assassination mission planned out for him too, before I found out you can't actually find him in game. Ugh New Vegas is crashing as soon as I click Play, even after disabling all of my mods.

Fellout is fine, as long as you load it after. I, personally, would disable it, though. The mod is optimized for working without fellout, urwl etc. Try that and get back to me, if not, then it's a bug, some other people have been noting this too. I haven't had a single storm myself.

Does anyone else have the same VATS problem I have? Whenever I use VATS I get terrible fps (1-10), in and outside of VATS, until I leave combat. It's very annoying.

California in that sense means the NCR, and given that on a road sign near Primm shows Los Angeles as a destination, I think it's safe to say that that route leads to the Boneyard.

The terminal and things work fine for me, I can use the darker night & brighter night option, but just don't have any storms and other.

Plus, it's only around 138x154. You still want it? I can save it as a .psd and send it to you, it doesn't have transparency though.

I feel the need to make a mod for more meat.

Ignore the warning, it doesn't add any perk or anything. Go back to the root of the terminal and click "cheat menu". Click "force rain". Power off the terminal and walk around for a minute or two. Tell me if it works now.

Siding with Caesar's legion is only good for full retard playthroughs. They're a bunch of slavering dicks with no long term plan. Get the dam. Conquer New Vegas. Defeat the NCR. Then what? It'll descend into civil war before long. But it IS fun punching NCR troops to death with weapons made out of their own dog tags.
