The Nexus is a nexus of pedophiles and basement freaks who have no human interaction outside of their mom, who must reenact their (disturbing) sexual fantasies through a video game. Although, not everyone on the Nexus is like this. There are still some normal people making normal mods.

So let me get this straight. If you leave a bad comment on a weeboo mod you get instabanned but if you leave a bad coment on a weapon mod nothing happens.

I made a 1440x900 video file of yes man's face in after effects, it even slides up and down like the in-game one. You can make it a screen saver by using the Microsoft "Photos" screen saver, or download a program from the web that let's you use videos as screen savers. Just got New Vegas today and so far it's fun. A question about the main quest though, and try to keep spoiling details to a minimum: Is the "individual" path just mostly screwing over everyone else or is it trying to help in your own way?

There is no real reason for them not to use T51bs.
