I can't hear certain sound effects in my game. It worked fine before.
Is it just me, or does it seem like everybody who calls the Legion evil haven't sided with them yet?
The problem is that the Legion has too small a presence in the Mojave and that presence is focused solely on conquering the rest of the region. According to Raul, life across the Colorado isn't that bad for those living under the Legion's protection and it was much worse before the tribes were unified. Raiders aren't really a problem and by the sounds of things, neither is the chem trade.

hitler was evil (yes i know :godwin: ) but if you weren't mentally ill, black, a gypsy or jew, life was fantastic
Any word from Obsidian or Bethesda about patches for Fallout: New Vegas? I wanna get that game, but I'd like the glitches/bugs fixed up sometime before Christmas. Also, have any the glitches been a big issue for anyone? Or will the game be just fine?

I can't believe I never realized this until last night but holy flying fuck, that water purifier in fallout 3, the center of the story, is [sp]a massive fucking reference to the first fallout[/sp] seriously, think about it [sp]in the first game you're trying to get that small purifier chip so you can save your vault, right? well in 3 you're working to get a purifier so big it could clean the entire potomac at once and save the wasteland[/sp] I don't know if this is old news or if anyone else realized this but holy fuck
And Eden [sp]gives you a modified version of the FEV[/sp]
And Eden [sp]gives you a modified version of the FEV[/sp]
uh yeah okay what does that have to do with the reference
uh yeah okay what does that have to do with the reference
[sp]Super Mutants were created by the Master using the FEV in Fallout 1[/sp]
I can't believe I never realized this until last night but holy flying fuck, that water purifier in fallout 3, the center of the story, is [sp]a massive fucking reference to the first fallout[/sp]
That's stretching it a bit.
[sp]Super Mutants were created by the Master using the FEV in Fallout 1[/sp]
You didn't play Fallout 2, did you?
You didn't play Fallout 2, did you?
Yes, I have. [editline]23rd November 2010[/editline] Not that much though, I assumed that there were no human mutants when Grey found the FEV vats. Am I wrong?
oblivion looks better as long as you only use first person and never EVER look at anyone's faces
oh god, the faces. I mean, everyone looks like they were stamped with a big iron bar on their face
Yes, I have. [editline]23rd November 2010[/editline] Not that much though, I assumed that there were no human mutants when Grey found the FEV vats. Am I wrong?
You are correct - my point is: Fallout 3, is a rehash of the old games. Enclave wants to use the FEV to kill non-pure people in Fallout 2, and your main quest is to find the water chip in the original. I don't think you can consider these as simple references.
It fucking sucks that you're never originated from the enclave, i would love to mingle in their story what with the technology and shit.
He's attempting to rebuild the world through pain and punishment, so nobody will make the same mistakes as the Great War again, lest they have to suffer through it again.
It's funny since Rome fell too

But your father is Qui-Gon-Jin, Aslan and Ra's-Al-Ghul. [editline]23rd November 2010[/editline]
hitler was evil (yes i know :godwin: ) but if you weren't mentally ill, black, a gypsy or jew, life was fantastic
Don't forget the homosexuals.

Honestly though I kind of like the Legion, mostly because they remind of of Space marines much (exept crucifying) I mean, they could be screaming stuff like "Clense the Impure!,Kill the heretics!, For the kaisar,Cleanse,Purge,Kill etc." while "Cleansing' a town/the wasteland. Or am I the only one who slightly thinks this?

It Would be nice if New Vegas had Poker Night at the inventory Poker in it.
We need more enemies like Frank Horrigan. Whats more badass than a super mutant in power armour?
It Would be nice if New Vegas had Poker Night at the inventory Poker in it.
That reminds me. Now I'm no casino games expert ,but I'm pretty sure that when the dealer draws an ace in blackjack you're allowed to put down insurance.
