Fallout Series Thread V4 - Dear Old Friends, Remember Navarro - Games

Being an all-melee/unarmed character.. sometimes you just need to take the moral low ground. Being so intensely unafraid of taking on enemies toe to toe with only your fists or whatever you can scrap up to batter and bludgeon your foes with... I have to say, due to my low moral grounds and the fact that karma does not factor into that.. sneakily killing civilians or guards who I am either neutral or sided with his somewhat satisfactory. What is even more satisfactory is hiding the body after it and being sucessful.

quick question about F:NV if i just storm the Caesars legion camp and kill everything there (including Caesar) will i get the platinum chip?

I just got New Vegas today, for my birthday. It installed fine, but I'm having issues playing. Some sounds(mostly speaking/talking) are 'delayed', and take a while to hear it. And now, the game froze while I was following Sunny Smiles to kill geckos at the waterhole. Can I fix the sound issue, and prevent further crashing?

Is there any mod for Fallout 1 or 2 that make the combat realtime? I've always wanted to play one of those but I just hate turn-based combat more than anything.

I wonder if it would be possible to do a sort of player investment sort of system similar to Assassins creed. E.g Pay X amount of caps to restore buildings into vendors to buy new items from.

After the devastating loss of Boone due to Fire Ants and the suddent revelation that Melee is fun as shit.. I have acquired Veronica and bought my self a Power Fist and Fire Axe. Time to go bash shit.

So I killed benny and took his chip, refused to give it to House and killed the trons, then before the Dam battle I decided to go the fort with Boone to fuck shit up, we killed Caesar and looted his body, now I have two platinium chips. Also "thumbs down you son of a bitch".

man i'd love to play after the main quest legitimately just so i could put the legate's mask up on my wall as a trophy

Where can I make some easy XP and/or caps? I always go to the Savannah Dry Lake to kill giant ants for about 11-28xp a pop but they respawn every 3 in-game days which is boring to wait around for. Any other places like that were XP is aplenty without too much work?

Best of all, they're fucking [I]everywhere[/I].
