Oh, look! A mod not from the Nexus!

Someone's making Fallout 1 and 2 for New Vegas.
I'm surprised nobody has made a mod to do just that.
Seriously, this, the roads are pretty damn clear in this one and actually take you to important places this time around, and most of the models for trucks/cars/etc would look driveable enough with a little bit of modeling.

One can dream.

Dream bigger.
Hmm, found the real brush gun. Didn't know it existed. Browning 1886. obviously a gun designed 120 years ago is one of the best guns in the game, trumping Battle and Assault Rifles :v:

GOTY for fallout 3 is 30 dollars on steam, and normal for 20 dollars. Should I get GOTY or is the dlc mega shit?
OR could I borrow someone's FalloutNV.esm? I think mine is corrupt.
I know this is late... But all you had to do was delete the file, then go to properties and have it check file integrity, it will re-download missing files.

Is it sad that the Trekkie in me wants this now, but the Fallout Fan wants to kill the trekkie in me for wanted it?
Also there was crashed Star Trek Shuttlecraft easter egg in one of the old games.
anyone know of any good mods?
Depends on what you want, if its bunkers/buildings then mine:P
Anything esle no idea.
Could someone look in the GECK and tell me what the stats are for the fiends in Vault 3? I would do it myself, but I have it on the 360.
i'm thinking of making a huge boss-type dungeon, that works like this
you have a group of large rooms, one after the other, when you walk into a room both doors lock and a boss appears, after you defeat it you get a key to the doors and a chest
then you can go to the next boss
GOTY for fallout 3 is 30 dollars on steam, and normal for 20 dollars. Should I get GOTY or is the dlc mega shit?
It depends on how much you would enjoy the new content and stuff.
I would say get the GOTY, because it's only ten bucks more for something that is separately fifty dollars total.
Mothership Zeta alone is pretty awesome, and Broken Steel allows you to play after the Main Quest, involving Project Purity and such.
So a lot of you might already know these, but for those people who want to get the perfect ending, here it goes:
So at the ending the NCR kicks the followers out of the mojave right?
well that is a bug, you see, you can actually get the followers to give the NCR medical aid at the Dam battle. As you may have guessed, this dialog option is bugged and does not appear ingame, there is a mod at the nexus that fixes this.
You get a slideshow of how thanks to the NCR the followers expanded and were able to aid more refugees.
So I killed everyone in [sp]Ceasers Camp[/sp] since they hated me more or less, so I set [sp]Benny[/sp] Free, he ran to the door of the tent, got through the arena place fine, went through the second door and disappeared, is this a bug or did he go somewhere I didn't see? I know he didn't die because I did a fly over of the place with noclip looking for him/his body

Wouldn't the perfect ending be Mr. House since he knows how to save humanity?
Apparently he is supposed to die so if you let him go and he doesn't die then he gets glitched out the wazoo.
I can't decide what I hate more: cadazors or deathclaws.
Cazadors, I can easily take down deathclaws.

Could I have a link to this mod? I like the Followers.

In a way they were. People figured out that the .45-70 rounds were overkill in real life and it was easier and lighter to make smaller rounds in the .30-06, 7.62 and then the 5.56. For normal stuff, it doesn't matter if it's a .45-70 or a 5.56, it'll kill you.
Then you get to games like this where people are bullet sponges and a 5.56 just tickles. In this alternate reality, no-one would of even made a 5.56 because it wouldn't be effective and people would've stuck with those massive rounds. In that sense, it's not really a fair comparison between the two.

Except I've always hated the NCR.

Giant ants, queen or not, are easy to kill.
Giant ants, queen or not, are easy to kill.
well i had a ton of mods and it resulted in one-hit kill ant spit and rpgs only did two bars of damage
Cazadors, I can easily take down deathclaws.
Deathclaws, I can easily take down Cazadors.

Well, 5.56 is a military round designed for ballistic performance and injuring capability. The military doesn't care if they kill somebody or not, they only care if they neutralize them, and a gushing torso would will do that.
5.56 fires off with 1,600 J of kitnetic energy. A 45-70 JHP can be anywhere from 2800 to 3500 J of kintetic energy. It hits harder than the heaviest .308 ammunition.
45-70 is a very powerful cartridge, but against armored targets, it won't do shit, being that most round are just lead, or a jacketed hollow-point. It's not a round meant for penetrating capabilities, it's about brute force with 45-70. Big game brush-hunting ammunition. Would have been cool if they moddelled that for New Vegas. 45-70 could be powerful, but have a DT multiplyer, likewise 5.56 could have a built-in DT subtractor. In New Vegas the 4--70 is just "super ammunition" which is sort of stupid. it's extremely powerful, but has its drawbacks in ballistic performance and armor penetration.

A lot of technique goes into killing cazadors. On very hard mode you can take them down with a 9mmn pistol. To kill deathclaws, you just need a huge motherfucking gun.
Bunkers 90% done, just have to Nav-mesh the sewer and fix a few bugs.
Inside of bunker, that hatch leads to the sewers just in case deathclaws are banging on the airlock.

Bunker veiw right by airlock.

Outside of Airlock, Doesnt come with dead deathclaws....That was my fault, But thats what turrets are for.

Down the stairs from the outside door, and more dead deathclaws.

To get in the bunker you need to find a key, and a terminal password their both in the deathclaw area and one is inside before the airlock but very well hidden.
-Adds 3 weapons, 2 gun and one mele-weapon.
somebody needs to make a fist of the north stars weapon mod, not counting that dumb atatatatat hundred crack fist mod on newvegasnexus because it's dumb.
I prefer Deathadors but that's just me

Don't bring realism into this. You're talking about the universe that has radiation that can make you immortal, turn bugs gigantic, make wasps even more evil, and somehow a virus can turn your average human into the hulk.
lol I thought Caesar's legion were gonna look like poofs but they're pretty hardcore.
