Either it doesn't have that initial grab that Fallout 3 had, or that this game has the same 'grab', but we've already experienced it and we feel like the game is one whole big DLC.

I feel like it's too small. Too little locations. I haven't been to Boulder City or New Vegas yet, but I feel like I've explored most of the map in around 30 hours. The map is also less open than in Fallout 3.

but I felt more grabbed by New Vegas then Fallout 3, sure F3 had the leaving the vault moment, which I liked, but after that it went down hill very fast, so fast that Bethesda went "we should put a nuke in that town that you can blow up, bitches love explosions", and it has no impact what so ever.

I think its because there's actually very few settlements, It's mostly just outpost after outpost.

The Strip was a bit of a let down, you go all there way there, get enough caps to go in and...3 working casinos a hotel an embassy and an empty casino.

And there's not much variety in casino games either, blackjack, slots and roulette, could have done with more, like dice games, poker etc.

Yeah I agree. Maybe someone will make a mod that expands the city? That would be cool.

I enjoy playing New Vegas... But I just can't handle the fact that anytime I try to save, quick, auto, or regular, the game crashes... Makes it slightly unplayable.

So I beat the game under the NCR and the Legion endings, although when doing my NCR path, when it did all the ending stuff like "The NCREF was an abandoned building" and all that it gave me one of Lilly's ending, even though my only companions were Arcade and ED-E. Has this happened to anybody else?

A motherfucking M60. When a supermutant master is using it its fair enough, but I can use it perfectly well without power armour? Ehhh, seems a bit iffy.

Nevertheless, FOOK is awesome. I personally love all the variety in weapons.

The Strip at least tries to maintain the ethics of the pre-war Las Vegas. That kind of crap is better left for, say, The Thorn or the Legion.
