The "mod card" is overused.
Im still playing vanilla and loving it, the mods on the nexus suck dick.
The bounty mod is the most endorsed within 2 weeks - 21 days.
The nude mod is the top mod of all time going by the number of endorsements.
Oh ok.
Me my friends were discussing Italy and then we tripped upon the subject of Caesar.
I kept saying "Kai-sar" and my friends looked at me in bewilderment. Except the one that also has New vegas.
"Dude, it's Cee-sar."

Cry me a river and drown in it if I'm late..
Yep, i'm way late.
Actually the proper way to pronounce it is Cee-Zar
Latin and original pronunciation is Kai-sar.
English is Cee-sar, neither is incorrect. I was just being an ass.

I keep enjoying the "invisible walls removed" mod on pc worthwhile.
One thing has kinda been bugging me about New Vegas... Or really, I guess it's recent Bethesda games in general.
Where are all the construction workers? It seems like in the world of Fallout 3 and New Vegas, people who work in construction could make a killing. With the greatly reduced population, and excess of salvageable building supplies in ruined cities, it seems like they should be able to get plenty of work done renovating current settlements. But everywhere you look, there are crumbling walls and broken floors and stuff, and apparently everyone in post-apocalyptic America has forgotten how to make glass, because there's hardly an intact window to be seen.
Some of the buildings in New Vegas itself are in much better condition, but where are the people who made this happen? Why are all the newly-constructed homes just jury-rigged hunks of sheet metal, or little tents or lean-tos? I mean, people have been occupying the land for centuries now, but most of them are occupying pre-existing structures like foraging cavemen. Nobody takes very much initiative to build something new, even though it would be very possible to do so.
The same kinda goes for Oblivion. It would have taken a LOT of people to build all their magnificent castles, and all the smaller homes in all those cities, but these people seem to be nowhere to be found. Why are all these people left out of Bethesda games? Nobody wants to hold an honest job. They just want to run a magically-restocking shop, or be in the fighters' guild, or form gangs. At least there are a few doctors around.
Didn't you go to the rock quarry?

Vegas didn't get hit by nukes like DC did.
Isn't there a Boulder City Worker NPC in the GECK? Where are they in the game?

Could of sworn I heard they are unused.
Why can't I build a house on RTS for NV?
I activate the shelter and click house, but there's no option for build.

That's a shame.

So, a TV mod.
I really have to wonder about the intelligence of the Legion.
Note to the Legion: Protip, don't send a small group of assassins to take out a 8 person group that is armed to the teeth, you'll only lose.
got RTS installed, just need to find a place to make my town, what should I call it?

Arlen
Wow, never found a Tesla Cannon. Only now do I realize how fucking terrible it is. Uses up 40 ECP and only does 40 damage, and the after-shock is negligible. The guys doing the damage values for energy weapons must have been really, really high.
