Ive been thinking about this, what we need is Three Dog and GNR back! Don't you miss the good ol' "You're listening to Galaxy News Radio! Bringing you all the music and news your little heart can handle!" and all those wonderful songs (Let's go sunnin', Civilization, Butcher Pete!) ? I know that most of the songs in New Vegas fit the "Wild Wild West" theme, but some of us just don't like to listen to the monotone, boring, "Mister New Vegas" telling us how We are "Misses New Vegas", Over and Over, and the "TWING TWANG TWINGY TWONG JOHNNY GUITAR TWING TWANG TWONG" of most of those songs. It may not fit very well by itself, but if someone made a quest you had to do to get it to work it would fit perfectly! (I.E Go find X,Y,And Z, to fix a super radio antenna and you can hear Three Dog all across the Mojave with!"

Which faction has the armor that the guy on the cover of the game wears? I just want to go to the faction that looks the most badass, I was going to go to Caesars Legion but I was expecting them to be wearing some awesome roman esque Steampunk armor or something.. Not leather breast plates.

Are there any retextures for the Sniper Rifle Viewmodel? Preferbly one that makes the lens reflection a little bit sharper. I don't like the forums idea because you can't weed out good mods from alright ones. There should be some kind of voting or endorsement system. We could basically piggy back on nexus.

My point is that a forum comes already with the tools to moderate it easily. Mods we don't like won't get approved. If we expect someone to code something like the nexus we won't get this thing running this month.

I found the story of Vault 3 quite sad, although [sp]there was a nice amount of stimpaks due to all the drug users. But am I the only one who found the underwater gun room quite rubbish? all I found was a few bullets before I drowned. Am I missing something?[/sp]

A rigged karma system could have topics pushhed up and down in a forum while posting in the topic doesn't place it back at the top of the forum page. If we made a non-forum looking phpbb skin and worked with some 3rd party addon we could get something working. Anyone could make a topic for any mod. Maybe copy-paste content from nexus or write their own. They could also post a thumbnail image that's visible in the forum index.

Maybe use some code similar to the facepunch rating system but with only two ratings? Bad and good? So that if you see a mod has 29 bads next to the topic name it is bad and such.
