How did our good friend get to New Vegas you ask? Right Before the war he left Australia and flown to new New Vegas, he was doing his thing (banging chicks, rolling in the dough at casinos, occasionally making some video game reviews) when "The Bombs" fell and he was immediately radiated, but unlike everyone else, he did not die, but rather turned into a Ghoul, and now walks the wasteland still banging chicks, rolling in the dough, but not making reviews anymore. Why? You ask? Becuase every computer that existed before "The Bombs" fell immediately turned into military terminals only capable of showing text and Black and White images and 74% of them stopped working or exploded when you pressed a button. (becuase everyone knows that when a computer stops working it immediately turns into a button activated bomb.)

I always thought it was strange the Enclave in F3 had their armor based on the Brotherhood in Tactics. The only reason why I care to bag on F3 for this is, at least in Tactics, they looked good.
