Anyone know how to fix that little freeze-up that occurs when you flip your camera around more than 180 degrees? The D3D9.dll thats listed on the nexus only fixes the lag that occurs when theres more than 3 npcs are on screen, but I remember in the last fallout thread someone asked the same question and a d3d9.dll was linked that fixed the stutter from the camera. Thanks

Two questions about New Vegas: -As your level increases do the enemies get tougher (like Oblivion)? -I'm really enjoying the spot East of the Nevada Highway Patrol Station with the repawning Ghouls, are there any other spots like this?

I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I AM DOING I can't even figure out a way to apply the Turbo effect to a weapon also, is it possible to copy a weapon entry so I can make a new one with all the same attributes?
