Fallout Series Thread V4 - Dear Old Friends, Remember Navarro - Games

OK guys, made a big breakthrough in my Fists of the North Star mod today: FULLY AUTOMATIC PUNCHING! Hit enemies dozens of times per second! BUT I need the ATATATATATATATATA! sound effect! Every instance I've found on Youtube/elsewhere has been polluted with background noise. Will one manly FPer step up and help me find this sound effect? [editline]8th November 2010[/editline] NEVER MIND, found it on FPSBanana of all places [editline]9th November 2010[/editline] FFFF ever since I set the weapon to automatic it's broken as hell, only seems to hit once every few seconds, and for almost no damage even though the DPS is in the hundreds of thousands argh [editline]9th November 2010[/editline] It must have something to do with what anims the GECK expects to see on automatic weapons

VATS is such an unbelievable peice of shit. It really takes its godamn time at the expense of everything. *Oh, pretty cinematic here, oh, your character pauses for 3 seconds for no apparent reason, oh, now you are dead because while you were prancing around in VATS 5 other enemies were shooting you* If its going tos how all those stupid cinematics, then it should hurry up about it, or better yet, let your character continue shooting while its showing the cinematics.

I just realised I never got the achievement for finishing the game in Hardcore mode, as well as the achievements for picking x amounts of locks/hacking computers. What's up with that.

Did you open the console at somepoint?

It's just easier to take turbo for bigger battles against multiple enemies. If you have any that is.

Kinda lame though. Only openend the console once because a door failed to open in that one fighting ring thingy in some sewers (forgot the name) so I had to use the unlock command to get out. :C

ED-E just vanished while i was traveling around Novac. I've tried console commands to teleport, kill & resurrect; nothing works. When i teleport to his "position", he is nowhere to be seen. What is going on?

Opening the console disable achievements? Even when I'm just trying to find my companion who has wandered off without me or fix some other bug caused by Obsidian/Bethesda themselves? That's lame. Also, apparently the word "Lame" means Crippled.

Also, ive seen a gun in alot of screenshots that sorta-kinda looks like an M1 Garand, is it a mod or is that weapon in game, cause I haven't found it.

I've used a lot of console commands, I'm still able to get achievements and just unlocked the Hardcore achievement an hour ago or so.

That's probably because I have a very low DT. It's weird how different I play NV, in FO3 I used a lot of melee, and assault rifles, but in NV I'm a full time stealth sniper.

What is going on?[/QUOTE] [B]protip:[/B] Never port yourself to the npc, port the npc to you. prid [NPC ID] moveto player then enable resurrect if problem persists The ID must show in the top of the screen during the whole process after you entered prid.
