I wish New Vegas had more instrumental songs

I kinda like all the songs. When they're played so often you just get used to them.

If this patch were released for a 'normal' game then you could just not apply it and continue normally until they fix the patch, but seeing as it's through steam it automatically updates so you're fucked. If I'm wrong and this can be rectified I'd be happy if someone told me how to not make it auto-update :)

It's about time that one guy made the Service Rifle reskin. The default was horrible. Just yesterday I downloaded one that made it just black but this is even better.

Which mods got broken by the patch?

Just started my Unarmed/Speech/Barter character. So far I can one-shot most humans. Awesome.

Lvl 2 in Goodsprings, metal armour (from a random encounter, pretty lucky), baseball bat/fists, 10 END, 10 STR, 2 9mm shots and I'm dead, and it takes about 20 punches to kill anything. Normal difficulty btw. Now I know I'm running mods, but that shouldn't affect my survival that much, seeming as they increase overall gun damage (varied, weak guns are barely changed) and DT too, so high armour is much better, and you need AP rounds to kill anything in PA. How would I go about making the Followers of the Apocalypse support the NCR for the ending?

1 CHR is pretty stupid since Speech and Barter are really helpful in this game

I never ever get Speech/Barter, 1 Charisma ftw.[/QUOTE] Yeah, for the first few levels (basically the whole time I was in Goodsprings-Primm) I had to use a pistol to kill anything. Then I bought a Spiked Gauntlet and proceeded to rape. And yeah, my whole Fallout career I have spent absolutely ZERO points on Charisma/Speech/Barter. It really comes in handy since there are a crapload of speech challenges. I've had at least 5 that have saved me a bunch of trouble, and I'm just now heading to Novac.

I 'unno. I usually end up having 100 speech during the end of my playthroughs in both NV and FO3. Its just in case anything else happens in which I need 100 speech to get past.

I'm a little worried about the new patch, I just downloaded a bunch of new, awesome mods and I don't want them to break because of the patch.

I just noticed that this was my 69th post and I am talking about fappable content.

Create new character, walk straight to NV, go by one of the caravan corpses, loot, sell loot. Congratulations in less than an hour you are already able to go to The Strip!
