Fallout Series Thread V4 - Dear Old Friends, Remember Navarro - Games

There's no really "walking straight to the strip" you still need to travel south, east, north to get there and by that time you'll rpobably have 2000 caps from killing people and looting them. Unless of course you can kill cazadors and deathclaws at level 1.

It's not hard at all to avoid the Deathclaws. In fact, all you need is one stealth boy and you can pass them all just heading straight across the road.

yeah if you quicksave and quickload like 5 times or invest all your points in sneak. if you actually want to play the game successfully then you'll need to play normally unless all you want to do is go to the strip, gamble, then start another new character. Not much fun, anyways, going through prim, nipton and novac is more exciting.

Just don't run straight at them and you should be fine.

Wow the Light Machine Gun is pretty crap. The Assault Carbine is more useful than this thing.

I just got Meltdown with the skill points gained from almost murdering that gecko. SO MANY MELTED FACES, ONLY ONE MF CELL.

The firing sound is bad too, they just used the Service Rifle's sound, which just doesn't work as an automatic weapon sound.

How do I create my own radio station? (Knowing Gamebyro, it probably has a set number of radio stations so ill have to wipe one and completely remake it.)

mr house is a douche the legion people are fucking crazy and pathetic atleast the NCR are somewhat decent, they might have their own agenda but they're not crucifying villages

I don't know why some people dislike them.

I have yet to try it, but I went into data/sound/songs and made a new folder with music files in it. I'll test it real quick and see if it worked.

I like to compare them to the more powerful countries in Europe during the 1500s-1700s, like Britain and Spain, who went around claiming land as their own and pushing out the natives/making them slaves. Though they don't make people slaves. But they still either push out the natives or force them to integrate.

There are a few tutorials around, use google. Or you could just use my radio station, it's got Fortunate Son in it, so it's just like playing Black Ops! (oh, you liked that sniper mission in chernobyl? Well here it is again, twice!) I'm also a sucker for Vietnam and the cold war, and when I saw President Kennedy I squeed in delight. Plus, there aren't so many spots where you get killed over and over and over again like the favelas in MW2. I mean, at the very, very least it's better than WaW, which isn't that hard, but it's an enjoyable, if forgettable, experience.

And they provide protection too.

the legion isn't that bad, their main target are criminals actually (well, NCR too, but it's a "you or me" situation) they even left the Followers alone [editline]10th November 2010[/editline] By the way, anyone here good with GECK editings? I tried making so the fatal shots on VATS cause the bullet cam to appear, but it doesn't always work. And since I only managed to do that after quite some messing and trial maybe someone who's better at it could help Also to access the camera stuff go to the top tab (After "File" "Edit" ...) Gameplay -> Camera paths

The only reason I would play Black Ops is for the zombie mode, why? because Nixon looks hilarious.
