Besides, they don't even need working vehicles, a prop Supply Truck at their bases would be enough (the destroyed pre-war Army Trucks we see at the bases don't count).

A small Armoured Fighting Vehicle would be cool to see. The Chimera "Tanks" in Anchorage show that it's possible to have an NPC that size (although they were weak as hell, despite the buildup and introduction).

I mean fuck, if they can get a B-29 that crashed into a lake 328 years ago into perfect working condition then they can sure as shit fix a car.

By vehicles I mean one just like half-life 2's jeep, improvised welding random metal together to make something badass. Make it like a quest reward where to need to get parts.

The B-29 was REALLY dumb, one of the few things that I did not like about New Vegas.

But the idea that a plane was under water for 300 years and is intact is dumb, I mean The Titanic has been under water for less then 100 years and it looks like it could collapse at any second, yes I know its salt water, but it still would have rusted away by now.
