To the guy with the Vikki and Vance problem: After the Convicts are dead, wait a little while for everyone to return to regular life. Then, after a little while, enter the Casino and walk towards the Death Car exhibit. A few thugs will enter, followed by a lady wearing a green NCR beret. You have to rid of the entire group. Either kill them all or talk the leader into hiding from the NCR. (I suggest killing her because the beret is cool-looking. You won't lose karma or anything, so don't worry.) Leave Primm and go do some other stuff for twenty-four to forty-eight hours. When you return, the slots and the roulette and blackjack tables should be usable. Make sure you grab some chips before you start! On that note, I have 65k caps and I'm banned from both Gomorrah and the Vikki & Vance. Also: If I get a fix for the G.E.C.K or confirmation on moving the entire cell, I'll work on the Restored Vault 3 project.

I have a question about the BoS: [sp] I know that one guy wants to take over. Is it better if I help him take over or let the current guy continue running the place? What are the advantages/disadvantages? [/sp]

I think the next big mod for New Vegas would be connecting the Capitol Wasteland with the Mojave. You would fix up a car or something and drive it down Route 66 to get there. would be amazing
