Actually if you were required to provide your own fallout 3 ESM/BSAs then it could work. Not much point in doing it though.

I was testing out my radio mod and needed to kill some time so I could listen to the songs play, so I decided to go to somewhere with lots of NPCs to kill and I chose freeside.

It's rare, but it exists, there are a few sure fire places to find it, the guy who guards the cash room in gommorah and the vault 34 armoury are the ones I know about. Otherwise, I think it can be looted from NCR veteran rangers occasionally.

Sadly Gamebyro will rape even the nicest textures and models, so expect them to only be slightly sexy if they end up in the game.

Could anybody give me a good tutorial for editing already created tiles in NV and making them usable and such? The Bethesda tutorial for FO3 is about creating a whole new vault...

I need to do that for character pictures.

Or you can disable it in the options under Display, but that takes time.

Use the console command 'tm' or set the HUD opacity to 0.

Only thing the hud opacity method has over tm though is playing the game with no hud, since it doesn't remove your pipboy screen like tm does.

for people who play with no hud it would be nice to have some audio or effects to indicate when we're thirsty or very near death or something, you know?

like something to make your guy say UNGHH at 1/4 health and the like gasping when you get the dehydration indicator

Just those details, I haven't really noticed that they're in game by default, could be wrong though
