Why can't I have something that fits the ancient greek's ideal or at least something that fits into Fallout, like from the '50s / '60s?

Can anyone help my brother? He's trying to do Raul's quest, but Raul won't talk to him. My bro's already talked to the three people, but nothings happened. We need a console code to manually start the quest. Anyone know one?

There was a mod for this, I think.

And if that doesn't work here's what the fallout wiki says.
Quick walkthrough Edit
The player must:
Speak with Ranger Andy in Novac
Let Raul speak to the player about Ranger Andy.
Travel to Camp McCarran or Camp Forlorn Hope and speak to Corporal Sterling.
Let Raul speak to the player about Sterling.
Travel to Nellis Air Force Base or Black Mountain and speak to Loyal.
Let Raul speak to the player about Loyal.
Note: after quest Volare! Loyal will travel the the vicinity of Black Mountain and can get stuck inside the mountains polygon mesh. PS3/X360 users should do this quest before completing Volare!, while PC players can help themselves with the console command ff26a.moveto player
Note: if you met Ranger Andy in Novac and learned his Ranger Takedown technique without Raul present, you will have missed the opportunity to complete Old School Ghoul. Players of the PC version can correct this by using the console and typing the following exactly: set "000e61a5".MetRangerAndy to 1 This *must* be done in an indoor area. Transition to an outdoor area and Raul should initiate conversation. If that console command doesn't do the trick, try set "000e61a5".MetRangerAndy to 2 and pick his dialogue option about Ranger Andy.
Also, if you are not able to access Raul's story after speaking with Corporal Sterling, you can input a similar console command: set "000e61a5".MetCorporalSterling to 1. Again, if the previous console command doesn't help you can try set "000e61a5".MetCorporalSterling to 2 and select the dialogue line about Sterling.
thanks! the mod worked, raul got his gunslinger stuff.
I want to see how much modding it would take for Fallout 3 (or NV, but since archiveinvalidation and NVSE isnt working it should probably be for FO3) to look like Modern Warfare 2.
Not because I want to UB3R PWNZ LOLZORZ XDDDD in Fallout, but becuase I want to see what a, free roam COD would be like and how much modding it would take.
Im talking remove thirdperson, add Tactic00l everything, rain and thunder mods, some funky shaders, the whole shebang
November 17, 2010 (Rockville, MD) – Bethesda Softworks®, a ZeniMax® Media company, today announced that Dead Money, the first downloadable content for Fallout®: New Vegas™, will be available exclusively on Xbox LIVE® for the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft beginning December 21, 2010.
“We’re pleased to give fans a chance to expand their experience in Fallout: New Vegas this December with Dead Money,” said Pete Hines, VP of PR and Marketing for Bethesda Softworks. “The release of Dead Money illustrates our commitment to creating entertaining add-on content for players to enjoy in already massive games like Fallout: New Vegas.”
As the victim of a raw deal you must work alongside three other captured wastelanders to recover the legendary treasure of the Sierra Madre Casino. In Dead Money, your life hangs in the balance as you face new terrain, foes, and choices. It is up to you how you play your cards in the quest to survive.
Fallout: New Vegas, the follow-up to Fallout 3 – the 2008 Game of the Year – brings this beloved franchise to a location only Fallout could do justice: Vegas. Fallout: New Vegas takes all the action, humor and post-apocalyptic grime and grit of this legendary series, and raises the stakes.
Reviews of Fallout: New Vegas have called the game as “an utterly essential purchase” (MSN UK) and as “addictively, rambunctiously fun” (Entertainment Weekly). The Associated Press awarded it a 4 out of 4 stars and said “Bottom Line: It’s a Blast”, while GameSpy gave it 4.5 out of 5 stars and called Fallout: New Vegas “one of the best games of the year.”
Published by Bethesda Softworks and developed at Obsidian Entertainment, Dead Money, has not yet been rated by the ESRB. It will be available for 800 Microsoft points.
Does anyone else like Benny even though he[sp]tries to kill you twice?[/sp]On my first playthrough I[sp]let him go in Caesar's tent. I didn't think he deserved to be put on a cross.[/sp]

DLC info for those who haven't seen:
Well, we were told it was coming, and now we know when. Bethesda has dated the first DLC pack for "Fallout: New Vegas," saying that it'll come exclusively to the Xbox 360 on December 21, 2010. Titled "Dead Money," the DLC will add new, um, weapons, terrain and choices. If it sounds like I'm being vague here, it's only because the press release was really, really vague. Seriously, if you strip out the general info about the release date, this is all we have to go on in terms of the actual story:
"As the victim of a raw deal you must work alongside three other captured wastelanders to recover the legendary treasure of the Sierra Madre Casino. In Dead Money, your life hangs in the balance as you face new terrain, foes, and choices. It is up to you how you play your cards in the quest to survive."
This leaves a lot of holes and questions, specifically regarding the format of the DLC. Based on the description, it sort of sounds like the game takes place within the confines of the Sierra Madre Casino, which would make it similar to past DLC releases like "Mothership Zeta." But without the aliens.
The mention of "new terrain," though, sort of implies that there's, well, new terrain, and new places to explore on the map. If so, I wonder if it has something to do with that strange, blocked off Northern Passage at the very top of the Mojave Wasteland. That place is just itching to be explored!
Still no price point set for "Dead Money" but I'd still imagine that it'll run you 800 points (or $10), in accordance with previous "Fallout" DLC releases.
I can't remember exactly what it was called, but it alleviated the problem rather than just hiding it.

Try player.setarmorhealthperc 100
God damn, that would actually be an awesome weapon. Go The Who on a deathclaw, fuck yeah.
It probably wouldn't be too hard to turn the guitar into a weapon. I had a FO3 mod that turned various things into weapons. I had a mailbox, a broom, forks, knives, hammers, etc.
hi I am a nine year old girl
Look, I'm not naive. I'm well aware of the fact that people lie about who they are all the time on the internet. Hell, I do it all the time myself.
