i think the demo only takes snippets of the start of the game.
the full game will have alot more in the beggining than an abridged version like in the demo

Me and some random guy went infiltrators and managed to complete bronze in 21 minutes on the white level :D having a sniper with extended barrel + like 5 upgrades is insane, takes half of an atlas' shield off in 1 hit
