I'm almost certain since you can only get uncommon items atm and not anything rarer.

Indeed; whenever anything becomes super-popular, the servers usually can't handle it. Take the fanbase of most YouTube personalities, for example. When Jesse Cox showed Tentacle Grape on the 2nd TGS Podcast, the site allegedly crashed shortly afterwards. Same thing happens when TB promotes certain games that're sold on websites; the people just don't have enough servers to handle all the visits.
Another Mass Effect example would be when some guy is selling specially-purified turian cuisine, and they end up swamped with quarians seeking a new taste sensation.

Well actually its possible to do it from Xbox 360 to PC, as i asked earlier infact, and i believe it is possible to do it with one of the custom Gibbed editors floating around the internet.
