I just played 5 games in a row with vanguards who fucking DECIMATED the enemy before we had a chance to do anything. I normally perform really well as an Adept, but god damn. This fucker was easily capping 50,000 points. The next closest was me with like 22,000.
I just sat and watched him for a minute and I'm not kidding when I say he took on half of an entire encounter at once. Biotic charged right into the middle of them and just wasted everyone.
No class should be that powerful.

As an Infiltrator I'm often on equal footing with a good Vanguard. I don't mean to sound like a dick, but the only time I feel competition from inside my own team is when there's a vanguard in there.

Pretty much this. Vanguard absolutely rapes common infantry, and Infiltrator takes out the high-tier targets in one or two shots. And works as an objective capper and revive machine.

whats your origin name? i'm an infiltrator and i know i will sound like a complete ass when i say this but i always end up being at the top of the scoreboard in nearly every silver/bronze i play on too. this is mostly due to a technique i always have been doing which is:
1. cloak
2. then energy drain
3. and finally a shot with the mantis X
4. kills pretty much every enemy except phantoms in one hit, even on silver
it would be nice to play with someone equally skilled, maybe we can try a gold match

Are you kidding me? Sure Phantoms are hard to land a hit on but if you know what you're doing they're not a problem.
I'm an Adept. I'm geared towards taking out armour, not shields and barriers. But even I can take care of the Fucktons. Just stun them.
