Well dammit, trying to re-install Mass Effect to get my Mass Effect 3 character (had to get a new hard drive, last one failed) and apparently they're no longer giving out CD keys for Bring Down the Sky?

There should be a universal key I'll have to hunt down for you, otherwise contact EA support, I heard they give em away.

Just gonna contact EA support because they're supposedly still giving out keys that way, I managed to get a download link just fine, it's just the link they give to [I]find[/I] your game's CD Key in the download leads you to a dead-end (the page doesn't exist anymore.)

That made me think, are humanity and Quarianity(?) the only races where males and females are equal? I mean Turians are meant to be but you never see any females around so I wouldn't be so sure.

Everyone gets the demo on the 14th. Early access users just get to play the multiplayer portion early. For everyone else, the multiplayer button is going to be greyed out until the 17th.
Why do EA keep hyping early access then it turns out to be 2 days or so before?
(And the day or two of the early access is unavailable cos of server issues anyway)

Because I thought I could at-least select gender, any race and class I want, and be able to choose at least a few different armor pieces or helmets for my MP (for humans at the least).
Instead, no customization besides colors, and you have to unlock other races, and also can only play the other races on only two classes and can only be a specific gender.
But instead it really is just a glorified Horde mode.
I mean shit, I guess I'm just being whiny, but it seems like wasted potential. Some of these don't look that hard to implement to be honest.

Great stuff with the Alpha/Beta.
As for the MP, I dunno, I'm glad its even there. Better than nothing, just disappointing in that it could have been so much more.
Based on the achievement (Spoiler'd just in case) [sp]Battle Scarred: Promote a multiplayer character to the Galaxy at War or import an ME3 character.[/sp] It sounds like the Galaxy at War feature will function similar to Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood/Revelation's "Assassin Missions". Only in Galaxy at War, you can use your multiplayer characters as 'specialists' to do small missions with predicted success rates in addition to using allied fleets or armies. Which sounds pretty cool.
Not really sure if it's news to anyone but me, just that it finally occurred to me. :/
