There are some legitimate complaints that can be made for the trailer though. The CGI girl is Uncanny Valley incarnate, the pacing is mediocre at best, and it presents itself a [B]lot[/B] like "GENERIC SCI-FI SHOOTER #323!" It's extremely well animated and is clearly hyping a lot of fans up, but it's not perfect.
The Mass Effect 2 launch trailer, in my opinion, was much better. Also, apparently this trailer isn't even the full version so hey.

I'm agreeing with this, but only on the 'uncanny incarnate' comment. The rest I disagree with. The pacing certainly wasn't normal, but I got the feeling that was intentionally done.

Are you a fucking monster? There shouldn't be ANY hesitation in what you do. It's possibly the single most clear-cut decision in the entire trilogy and, if I were a psychologist, I'd say that the decision you make in regards to David is a tell-tale sign of the kind of person you are.

The Geth could simply bugger off elsewhere if they wanted to and the Quarians would never have a chance in hell at finding them, and the Quarians could simply man the fuck up and stop trying to get revenge on the Geth for exiling them. If either one of them ends up extinct its their own damn fault for not being the bigger man and realising that war is stupid.
David on the other hand has absolutely NOTHING to do with any of this. He's a civilian causality in all of this and was forced into one of the most horrifying situations ever by his brother who was supposed to take care of him and protect him from the very evils he ended up putting him through. To leave him in that infernal contraption would be one of the most blatantly monstrous decisions a sentient being could ever make.

I know that both of those parties COULD do that, but WILL they is the question. I agree that the Quarians are being extremely thick and are the ones preventing an alliance.
Still, I would subject myself to David's torture if it meant I could save millions of lives.

If the people in question are as stupid as the Geth/Quarians then their loss probably benefits every other sentient being everywhere.

Aghh fuck this is a tough decision. So I'm thinking, heretics have been rewritten, other geth want to live in peace, an autistic would not be the best medium between two civilizations.
Last thing preventing me from taking him with me. This is the most uncontested decision in the game, and BioWare might just decide to fuck us up and make a renegade choice actually mean something.

edit: im slow, watch the extended cut on Tuesday, 21th.
More vehicles etc in ME3 would be cool, but what I really want is a bit larger battlefields with more allied NPC soldiers. I always liked generic soldiers in games.
Of course having battles going on in the background would be cool as well, but seeing how graphically disappointing the backdrop on the Earth level was, eh.

That's how it'll be, with about twice as much stuff.
So Krogan Soldier is hilarious on bronze but seems pretty meh on higher difficulties. Two of his non-fitness powers are based on melee which seems like a bad idea in general.
