Stasis immobilizes all but turrets and Atlases (Yes, even Phantoms), and combining with spamming throw creates multiple biotic explosions that can take out most infantry in 2-3 hits.
Get Stasis bubble and you can completely block off paths to enemies and immobilize groups together to wipe them out in a single biotic explosion.
It can get a bit glitchy though, I've had enemies get stuck in the map then start walking around invisible and shooting you.

Honestly, this may just be a preference issue, but I think the gameplay of the ME games is much better on a console controller.
The rest is pretty much true though, but not enough bother me. I started the series on the xbox, before there was a PC port, and finishing it on it!
