the more i think about it, the more likely it is that the child was a figment of Shepard's imagination, the reapers could possibly be attempting manipulating people's minds so that they become too broken to fight back or something

While that IS and interesting theory, I think it's bioware just trying to be HURR DURR EDGEY!

I wonder if you get screwed over by the exchange rates that EA like to use.
On origin. ME3 normal is $60 while the N7 edition is $80. A difference of $20.
In the UK normal ME3 is £35 (reasonable exchange rate there.) but the N7 edition is £55 which is a difference of £20.
.... good job EA, I'll be happy to teach you maths if you're still having problems.
I've just completed ME1 on the Xbox, but I have ME2 for PC. How would I go about carrying the saves across? I know I can't directly transfer the save from 360 - pc. Would I need a ME1 save to edit or can I do it with just ME2?

Origin, at least for me, is saying the N7 edition is $109.99. I have no clue if this is in USD or not but it wouldn't surprise me if it is.

I feel like I need to redo everything, especially the proportions of the Carnifex and his face (supposed to look like Sheploo... lol). Continue with this anyway?
It's part of a comic strip btw.
Maybe I should've used IMG tags...[/QUOTE]

I believe you can copy the save from your HDD to a USB drive then use the modified unofficial save editor to re-save it in PC format, I know someone posted how to do this in the reverse.

Mind giving a clear line-art version later when finished? I wanna try my hand at color and shading.
(Might take forever, as I am a perfectionist and slow :v:)

No problem at all, actually I've just finished doing what I want with this Shep, I'll package him in a vet crate and sent it your way.
Anyone still plays the multiplayer? Played for like 5 full hours with a friend in a public game and no one ever joined.
Anyone else have a problem where the heartbeat from the romance sequence will continue indefinitely even after it is finished?

It's so loud I can't play.
About the whole [sp]Prothean squadmate[/sp] thing, I'm kind of shocked, but then again I don't feel surprised, the only thing that sorts of bothers me is [sp]his VA,[/sp] but that's about it barring the pricetag.
It's really odd Bioware took this route, yeah, but I do hope that ME3 is still gonna be a fun game, launch day DLC or not.

It's funny because as I recall, she won't die in most of the assignments, somebody else gets killed instead.
[QUOTE=Jurikuer;34829598]I've noticed that Bioware has gone down a dark road. First they kill a little boy in the Demo (whether or not he's real, the imagery is still there), and then they killed (or implied the murder of) a little girl in new trailer. I mean what are they trying to prove here? Personally I don't care, I'm all for being able to kill children in Skyrim. Is this their way of telling people "if it's okay to watch it happen, then why isn't it okay to be the one doing it"? Either that or they really want this final game to be dramatic to the core.[/QUOTE]
Cos you really need to show children dying as a justification to show that a sentient race of starships which have slaughtered billions if not trillions of being before are evil right

Well, we never actually got to see a Reaper doing what it does best up-close until that scene, it's better to show, not just say the Reaper killed a bunch of people, if you ask me.
It would be cooler if there was some kind of festival going on, with 1000s of people packed tightly together as the first Reaper descends and sends a cutting beam right through the middle of the crowd. That would've fucked up, especially with all the people near to the cutting beam screaming 'till their head pops.
[editline]23rd February 2012[/editline]
At the moment I'm thinking "Hey look, I'm a Reaper I can kill a small child with my giant death laser!"

People's heads exploding while they scream sounds a bit too over the top for it to be taken seriously, if you ask me.
Lets talk about the multiplayer. I think it's a huge mistake that they didn't allow us to unlock all classes. My point is that they are still able to collect viable information from the gameplay statistics to balance the final product. I heard an update for your game on the X360 costs the company 40000 bucks. So they better get it done in less than 3 updates.
What needs to be nerfed and buffed in my opinion:
Stasis is a litte bit OP, especially agains phantoms. I took 8 of them out alone yesterday. Slightly nerf required. Other similar powers (Concussive shot, Energy Drain etc.) need a slight buff to stun Phantoms. This one change will make other classes viable for Gold and not drop Asari Adept into oblivion. Charge and Nova is slightly OP as well, vanguard will be hard to balance.
My point is that every class should be able to reach the highest score at the round end, play what you enjoy and not what gives you the highest score.
[QUOTE=Scientastic;34829230]News on Mordin, hope it's true. If someone knows otherwise correct me.
[sp]Depending on what happened in the loyalty mission, he can either survive or die during the krogan princess mission. Now I just need to figure out what option would keep him alive. I'm guessing keeping the cure data would aid in his survival but I'm not sure.[/sp][/QUOTE]
(More speculation) [sp]I kind of feel that keeping the data may lead to his death rather than destroying it as a way of self penance. The data would remind him of what he did to the krogan and the blood that is indirectly on his hands, something that Maelon knew but didn't care to go further. In which case Mordin would see self-sacrifice as a logical solution for peace for himself and the krogan.
It may be possible, but who knows for sure...
It's interesting too that we hear that a choice [probably] dictates his death (since people were bitching before that characters died without any reason or choice).[/sp]
Soon, we shall see.

I doubt it, from what I've gathered he [sp]will die because of something like a burnout. Making him figure out Malon's cure himself will cause lethal levels of stress on his old body and speed up aging. I'm going to keep Malon's cure.[/sp]
[sp]Well, in the leak his death on Tuchanka is pretty lols to me.
''Mordin dies in orbit releasing the cure across all of Tuchanka. It's a profound moment of hope as krogan everywhere look to the sky, seeing a glittering mist that heralds their salvation. The genophage is no more.''[/sp] I really hope it's not in the final copy.

Come on!!! [sp]That sounds like a freaking good ending scene for both Mordin and the krogans.
Also I think it's gonna depend on how you did Mordins loyalty mission, you save the cure then that pops up, if not well... Let's say the krogan will be very pissed.[/sp]

When I read that all I can imagine is him floating through space with a trail of glitter behind him, like some sort of alien Superman.
Got my mass effect art book in the post this morning. It's pretty damn good.

Yeah, and [sp]all the Krogans going ''Wow! Look at the sky, it's so beautiful'' (or something like that. Just something really cliche and cheesy) [/sp]
