Its a mixed relationship actually.
Cerberus did a lot of damage to the trust between Quarians and Humans, but Humans never really jumped out to them to begin with so its more like they don't know each other that well.
So its a stand off-ish attitude.
However I have that feeling Shepard's actions, would change a lot of that depending on what you did.
