The Bioware forums are in total meltdown over the endings. It's worse than anything that ever happened over DA2. I mean youtube is already full of them. It's not like you would still have to play the game to understand them.

Even though I read the endings, I still refuse to watch the endings themselves. Knowing them is one thing, seeing the way they're presented is another thing entirely. Hell, that's how I'm going into ME3 itself. I know what's going to happen due to the leak, but I'll sure as hell still find it fun and interesting as they occur in the game.

Mass Effect 1 and 2 utilized pre-rendered cinematics to handle stuff that they didn't think the engine could handle in realtime, and Mass Effect 3 looks to be doing the same. Hell, I watched the leaked endings and without any form of context to them they don't tell me anything beyond some basic information. And they don't show what happens in-engine, which is where 95% of the story takes place.

I expect the amount of DLC needed to fix the least four gigantic issues with even the "paragon" ending will cost as much as the core game.... maybe that was the plan all along. We don't know what else is taking place. The cutscenes don't tell us who lives or dies, the context in which this is all taking place, or where anyone actually is.[/sp] Basically, I'm just not crucifying them until I see how the ending is with all the in-game cinematics included.

Oh boy the part involving Shepard's LI in the ending is gonna cause a shitstorm [sp]In the ending you have a flashback to three characters. Joker, Anderson, and your LI. However, it only shows Ash/Kaiden/Liara for the LI. If you romanced Garrus/Tali it defaults to Liara. lol Talimancers[/sp]
