See if you've got the same as me, I ordered it from the Origin Website too.
Go to [url]https://store.origin.com[/url] and login to your account, then click "Customer Service" at the top and then "View recent order history and purchase details". On the page go to again "View recent order history and purchase details" which is the bottom of the 3, see if yours says: "No orders were found", but then go back a page and put in the other details it asks for "Order Number" and "Account password", because when I go on that, all my order details come up. But there's still nothing on Origin.
