It was more like that's my opinion on things. A 20-30 minute "good" appearance seems disappointing at best, and then there will likely be some appearances that are just downright bad. It's fine if you think you can enjoy what else is there, but personally, I think they've mishandled a really big part of the game.

This one had more emotion in it and well mass effect 2 launch trailer was just mostly from the suicide mission. So in my opinion this launch trailer was better than mass effect 2s.

I will say this for BioWare; between ME2's and this, they know how to make a helluva launch trailer.
