Sounds about right.
Still does anyone know what will I get for making love triangles (romancing someone in ME1, then romancing someone else in ME2)?
Extra cash and resource bonus.
I think some kind of bitchflip and decision.
Gonna be difficult to choose between Garrus (teh bro) and Liara (teh waifu).
Ah fuck it I'll just choose Liara in ME3 then.

I feel STALKER needs the Bioware treatment.

The exact opposite...
I can't preload, I've restarted origin twice, 'pre-load' is greyed out.
The exact opposite...
I'd take Garrus over Liara any day.

Oh now pre-load is working.

erm, why does my Origin Receipt say ME3 is coming out on the 5th
Woo, preloading.
Hopefully Bioware screwed up and you can actually play it when you're done.:v:
New trailer? Think it's been posted but said Machinima uploaded it just before on Youtube :v:

Nevermind, think it is. Remember someone saying they use "Two steps from hell" again, ah well. You can watch again. Correct me if wrong.
Well, it's new for me

Where do you live?
Oh right, EA is in PST, if it unlocks at Midnight EST it would be the 5th there.

I'd never buy this as a Digital Shti Edition, but as I said, I pre-ordered it and since it will be sent out on the 7th, I should be fine.
Something tells me I should have bought digital so I can unlock at midnight. Definitely wanted a physical copy.
Anyone think Amazon will ship the game out a day before so we can install and wait to activate? GAME did it with me for Battlefield 3. Got like two days before release.

Looks like DLC is integrated into Origin.
Good.

Actually, I just checked my order email. It says the 5th for me as well and I live in EST.
It says the sixth for me but thankfully it doesn't say 3 AM. Though I got my date and time by trying to launch ME3, there's a release date checker in the game.

Putting female humans or aliens among ~2000 slavic scavengers that didn't fuck for longer than a year would be a terrible idea.
Well, connecting the two universes via an anomaly or alternate timeline could work, but it would still be very tricky and we are talking about two things that are very diffrent in design.

For those of you who have purchased on Origin:
Origin Pre-Load FAQ
What is preloading?
When a customer's product is available in Origin in a preload state, the customer will be able to download the product ahead of the product release date. This will save the user time when the game becomes available to unlock, unpack, and install.
When will I be charged for the purchase?
You will be charged for the game on the date of pre-load release, and your statements will reflect this.
When can I download the game?
When a customer logs into Origin, the product available for preload will be available to download. The customer can download the encrypted game file. The download time will vary based on network connection for the customer. For example, a 4 gig download can take a few hours based on typical DSL speeds, while it can take 30 minutes on a T1 line.
How soon can I play the game?
Once the encrypted game file is downloaded, Origin will display a timer informing the user when the product will be "unlocked". This timer appears on the lower right hand corner of the product row within Origin. The timer will count down to the time the product unlocks. The product will unlock automatically when the unlock date for the product is reached.
Can I play immediately?
Certain newer products will be ready to play immediately after download. Other products may require an addition step.
Once the product unlocks, the customer will need to "decrypt" the downloaded file. This will usually take 15-30 minutes depending on computer specifications. Origin will show the product as "decrypting".
Once the product is decrypted, the product will "unpack" the compressed file to the game installer folder. This can take another 15-30 minutes depending on computer processor speed.
Once the product is unpacked, the customer will be able to "install" the game. Origin will show an "install" button. Clicking on the install button will start the game installer.
Decrypting and Unpacking to start the game installer can take 30-60 minutes depending on the game file size and computer speed.
Game manuals will only be available upon activation of the game.
While the youtube comment was joking, I think the point went over your head I guess.
People really get into things they love, to them? Mass-Effect is more than just that one game they play occasionally.
