Let's all reminiscence of our time spent with Garrus and the rest of the cast as our games are being fucked over and watered down by bioware.
How about we stop the bitchfest for one day, wait until the game is in our hands, and THEN get back to complaining.
Would this VPN thing not work with university internet? It seems like anything even slightly complicated would just fail right out the gate.
Well lookie here.
Fuck everything about this, at least by the time I was done preloading Kingdoms of Amalur there was a crack out. I've had this shit installed for 2 days now and I can't even play it. :|

Are you seriously bitching that you cannot play a game that is not even out yet?

You wouldn't even need a gun once you have biotic charge; warp in then spam f
It shouldn't be impossible for them to get a "good" ending, and force them to get a terrible one.
However, a better than the "good" ending as a bonus for people loyal to the series would be nice.
Implying BioWare gives a shit about their loyal fans anymore.
Okay, what's the general consensus on ME3 now? Last time I entered the thread it was generally "it's going to be terrible" with a hint of serious fanboyism.
I wanna know what side I should be on and if the dev's have fixed the problems.
Implying BioWare gives a shit about their loyal fans anymore.
Implying they don't.
Bad endings aside, can we at LEAST wait until we see the remaining 98% of the game before we completely write Bioware off? Or am I preaching to the wrong crowd here?
Neutral

The end of your character and the franchise to date is a little more than 2%
He kind of reminds me of Trevor from WKUK
He has far less work then Trevor though. Wish that he had about the same amount, regular spots in television shows and movies and all.
I'm not talking about them spoon feeding you everything. But doing absolutely nothing with the ending, leaving it so wide open and blank that there is no implication of anything happening other than 'think it up yourself you shithead', is terrible writing. Or lack of any writing at all.
Plenty of stories have ambiguous endings. Like The Giver
The end of your character and the franchise to date is a little more than 2%
I think where you and I might disagree is that I do not agree that the endings invalidate the ~80 hours of story and gameplay we've experienced up until that point. After seeing the worst possible ending in its entirety, the ending is less "GRIMDARK" and more ambiguous than I expected.
Call it denial or a coping mechanism if you will, but I will not let a disappointing ending invalidate all the good that came before it.

I agree, actually. We may be jumping to conclusions. But like I said, I don't have much fate left in BioWare as of lately.

uhhh Tali was one big ball of fanservice

The giver had a sequel that said their fate though.

Indeed. Same goes for Garrus and Lair of the Shadow Broker.
All well-executed fanservice, but fanservice nonetheless.

I'm not calling it anything. Opinions are just that. I happen to base mine mine on evidence and standards, no one else has to. *shrug* Afaic the gameplay and mp are worth the price.

So it's like The Giver? Fuck, I hated The Giver.
The giver had a sequel that said their fate though.
What?! They ruined the point of the fucking book then.

I'm also basing my opinion on evidence and standards. We simply have different ways of looking at it. *shrug*
Finished every mission except the suicide mission.
Big day tomorow.

Shadow broker less so. They wanted to introduce that particular quest and subplot in the original game but couldn't due to whatever reason.

If Bioware made MDK armour that would be cool.
