The Normandy "lands" on earth.
But wasn't the whole point of having to use shuttles in ME2 that the Normandy was to heavy to land on planets?

There's also the hardcover art book, N7 fabric patch, and the glorious sheploo/femshep tin case. Not 100% sure if the comic and soundtrack is physical though. I have a feeling the soundtrack will just be digital.
