Either options are not working for me :/ I did the proxy just fine with BF3, but I just moved and now i'm on shitty Comcast cable and I don't know how to make the proxy work because of the stupid modem.

Well the ship was taken apart by the Alliance and then put back together with some upgrades. So I guess they found a way to make small trips to the surface possible.
