These two are legitimate issues IMO
The FoV is pretty narrow, it's the reason I'm terrible with shotguns as I never seem to hit the enemy when I spin around quickly and fire. Terrible situational awareness.
The second one just looks weird as hell, Shepard literally slides on the floor when he moves sideways in cover while crouched.

Not really saying it is fake, I have no reason to believe it is but a photograph of the screen doesn't prove if it is real or fake.

I think they're doing it like they did the SWTOR pre-order bonus IE sending out DLC codes (Like the SWTOR Preorder Crystal) at the release of the country you ordered from.
I don't know why some people are bitching about how Bioware ruined the game, it's still fucking awesome!
