Heavy spoilers on Quarians and Geth in ME3.
[sp] You need 5 points, you can get 3-5 points in ME2 and the last two points you can get in ME3. Overall you can get 7 points. In ME2, keeping Tali from getting exiled will get you 3 points, if she gets exiled you get none. When you do Legion's loyalty mission if you rewrite the Geth you will not gain the last 2 points you can get in ME2, if you blow the heretics up you will get them. In ME3 you get two missions before you have to destroy a Reaper base on Rannoch, doing both of these will get you the last two points, both are one point each. You also need a very very high paragon to persuade the Quarians to be peaceful with the Geth.[/sp]

call me crazy or that I haven't played enough but out of ME2 and ME3 the mission on Palaven's moon is the most fun and neatest environment yet
if you go back and drink 3 more times after you wake up by aria you black out and wake up in the elevator as a salarian gives you a dirty look lol
Just beat the game. Need to play MP to get a better ending though, only had 3000 points rather than 6000 because for some reason MP should have say in a SP oriented game.

my biggest issue apart from endings so far is the apparent growth hormone injection everyone has received
males gained 50kg in muscle mass and females got a 200% increase in cup size
seriously liara looks just silly now

I missed only around 5-10 sidequests that would have added around maybe 100-500 more points, so yeah its bullshit. I scanned down every single fucking war asset available and those side quests weren't even full sidequests, just try to find something for some people.
