Goddamn Steve Cortez is well written. Probably the best BioWare character since Alistair.
And yep, Omega DLC seems inevitable, especially since I'm pretty sure there's a squad icon for Aria...
Why the hell didn't I have enough Paragon to save Wrex.
I got an email from Miranda saying to meet her on the citadel regarding [sp]her sister[/sp] (I already met with Miranda once), yet I can't find her. Any ideas?
[sp]she is either in the spectre HQ on the coms or a room in the commons[/sp]
I'm confused about two things:
1- Didn't they say you could hijack any ATLAS mech and use it? It seems like this has only been the case twice. I never see the opportunity to actually use any of them.
2- Didn't they also say if Reapers caught you while you were scanning it'd turn into a minigame where you controlled the Normandy or something? Instead of just being a CMF?
SPOILERIFIC BULLSHIT
Jesus christ put that shit in spoiler tags bro
Also fuck me I cried like a goddamn baby when [sp]Mordin and Thane died[/sp]
I didn't really even like [sp]Thane[/sp] that much.

I was an infiltrator and with the spectre 50cal sniper thing ( idk what its called ) if u go in stealth and shoot the driver it kills him and lets you go in it
Is the Citadel the only place you can buy things?
I bought it, only played mp so far.
don't really want to get disappointed because my saves were on 360... Still enjoyable with default?
Argh. In order to Romance Garrus in ME3 you have to continue one from ME2.
I wish there was some kind of file I could edit to do that, and if there is that would be cool (gotta change some other decisions in the earlier games, too I guess)

[sp]Thane just died in my playthrough, and I chose to read the prayer with Kolyat. This is one of the only times I've legitimately teared up playing a game.[/sp]
Also fuck me I cried like a goddamn baby when [sp]Mordin and Thane died[/sp]
After seeing so many stupid, pointless 'sacrifices' by various characters up to that point, I don't think [sp]Mordin dying in the Shroud tower[/sp] would have bothered me all that much. What really got to me was [sp]when I revealed to him that the 'temperature fluctuations' were sabotage after hiding that fact twice. And he drives his spoken train of thought to the most betrayed "And you knew." I've ever heard.[/sp]
And what he says when Shepard [sp]demands to know why he changed his mind about the genophage[/sp] manages to top that:
[sp]"I MADE A MISTAKE!"[/sp]
So I'm stuck on the mission on [sp]Tuchanka[/sp] where you need to find [sp]Lt. Victus in the shipwreck[/sp]
got to a big battlefield but the enemies never spawned so I couldn't proceed... Took me a looong time of looking for a way around that didn't exist before I found out it was a bug.

ugh I did not like that mission
that and a few other missions are really only a few that I didn't like and I'm just now [sp]able to attack the Geth base / Reaper Base. Level 22[/sp]
Like I said though the Palaven Moon mission is STILL my favorite
ugh I did not like that mission
eh, its not bad besides the fact I got stuck.
I loved the mission at [sp]Jon Grissom Academy[/sp]. seeing how [sp]Jack[/sp] changed was really nice. I always liked her in ME2 and she had a good role in ME3. Not to mention seeing [sp]David Archer[/sp] was a nice touch. The atrium was also very beautiful and it was kind enough to just give you an atlas at the end free of charge.
Good mission.

thanks babe
got another question, though, I heard that [sp]miranda dies if you make a "wrong decision". any idea what decision that is and how I can prevent her from dying?[/sp]
I think the game is pretty good so far, I don't know what the fuss is about.
I haven't reached the ending yet though ):
Can someone tell me how to import my ME2 char into ME3. PC version
Dealing with the Geth and Quarians question
[sp]Is there a way to save both? Or is it one side vs other? [/sp]

If you fail to talk to her the second time on the Citadel. On the communicator in the Spectre HQ.
Also, I just beat the game and got to the part where [sp]you're on Earth saying your last words to your squadmates. And then I got to Garrus as FemShep. Oh god, when I heard Shepard's voice crack I almost lost it. I don't know why but that really got me.[/sp]

Grab the ME2 save editor, download a save and edit the save file as close as your Xbox games. Ive also heard of a converter than can convert Xbox saves to PC and PC to Xbox but that I wouldn't know much/if anything about.
Edit:
Can't get any more lucky than this. I don't think scanning again would be a good idea.

I have a feeling that entire scene is going to have me misty eyed.
you say save editor; is there some tool for ME3 that will allow me to change certain decisions like romances from previous games?

None that I know of. You can use the ME2 save editor on moddb to edit ME1 choices but its revision 25 so you can't edit the ME2 plot choices but this is only on an ME2 save file.

Fuck the Reapers. I play chicken with those bitches.
If I can't find what I want before they come in I just run around scanning until they get too close then leave the system and come back in. When I find what I want I just leave and come back until I 'jump in' close to the location of the item and grab it real quick.
I love imagining how much I'm pissing them off.
"That human ship is back"
'Well go get it!'
"Raaaaaaag- god damn it he found an artifact"
'Well? Go get him!'
"Can't while he's scanning. We have to wai- OH THERE HE IS"
'Gethimgethimgethim'
"I'm so close I'm gonna get him oh yeah I g- FUCK he jumped out"
-repeat-

balls, I'm 10 hours into ME3 :<
oh well, it'll have to wait for next playthrough
I have to admit, I cheated the scanning system. I would just fly around madly scanning after I found the usual one located on an obvious planet.
Then when I found them all, let the Reapers catch me and hit "Resume" putting me right back in the system again knowing where they are. (Am I a bad person?)
Heh, Conrad [sp]aknowledges the renegade/paragon import glitch (and the thermal clip switcharoo). Shame I fixed it.[/sp] Nice touch.
And apparently the collection quests in ME1 do actually import.

[sp]That, Mordin's death, and Grunt's near death all had me like that. Thane's didn't, I guess it was because he went out showing that asshole Kai Leng how terrible of an assassin he is.[/sp]
About to start my ShepLoo playthrough, I don't know if it's a good idea though. I've already spent so much time playing this one.

[sp]He really is horrible at his job, he fails to kill the councilor, then he fails to kill you, then he just knocks out one of your companions on Thessia and fails to kill them, and YET AGAIN fails to kill you. Then he fails to kill Miranda, thats a shitton of people he failed to kill in a row.[/sp]
