I have some questions about the ending.
[sp]How did Liara get on the Normandy when she was with me right before the rush for the Citadel beam? Also, why was the Normandy so close to the Mass Relay? Shouldn't it have been in the fight above Earth? Look how far away the Relay is from Earth. And they land on an uncharted planet near Earth too. How has a planet that is obviously habitable not been utilized? It can't be all that far from Earth considering they weren't going FTL.[/sp]

I've finished the game.

Playing the game progressively made me feel sad, I lost Mordin, Thane, and fucking Legion... I feel so bad about Legion especially. I hate the fucking steep choices it makes you pick, I mean come on... Quarians or Geth? I wanted both, but Bioware decided to make you have a guilt trip fork in the road. This game made me so damn sad.[/sp]

I didn't have enough renegade score to resolve it because just before I rewrote the Geth instead of destroying them (Big mistake, I see) so I had to go to Legion after and tell him I 'lied' to Tali, since I sided with her.
Is that going to fuck me over?

My understanding is that you need [sp]FIVE 'points' to resolve the situation, and retaining both's loyalty is one 'point'.[/sp] Hence a perfect ending is impossible without an ME2 import.

Yeah, that kind of came out of left field...
All the romance dialogue has been stepped up a notch though. Cortez man...manly tears were shed.

I've 'resurrected' Wrex and have a save right before I get the female Krogan as seen in the demo.
However I have played about 10 hours now and.. well, is there some way I can import my edited save and continue with my progress?
How does [sp]Kelly show up in Mass Effect 3? I saved the whole crew, seeing as I had Gabby along with Kenneth. I've been pretty thorough about checking the Citadel for people, but I never saw her anywhere.[/sp].
About twenty hours in, it's amazing how this game so frequently walks the line between good and bad game, stumbling from one side to the other like some sort of drunken mess.
Some of the moments have been well done, well written, extremely well voiced, and truly emotional. Some of the moments read like they came out of a fanfic. The romance dialogue in this game (when there is any, it's like your romance choice fucking forgot who you were) is incredibly cheesy. The animation is still incredibly bad, as are the facial expressions. The writing has been predictable as well, even if you didn't read the leak it's not difficult to see who's going to die and/or give some speech. On the bright side though, I enjoy the detail they put into the war assets descriptions, how every unit has some unique description or update. It reminds me a bit of a strategy game, quite nice.
My reaction to this whole game.
