How does [sp]Kelly show up in Mass Effect 3? I saved the whole crew, seeing as I had Gabby along with Kenneth. I've been pretty thorough about checking the Citadel for people, but I never saw her anywhere.[/sp].
[sp]she'll show up in the refugee area if you go before the cerberus coup on the citadel. after that you hear that cerberus shot her dead when they invaded[/sp]

There's only Garrus and the bugged terminal from Kasumi's mission. Is this bugged, as well?[/sp]
About twenty hours in, it's amazing how this game so frequently walks the line between good and bad game, stumbling from one side to the other like some sort of drunken mess. Some of the moments have been well done, well written, extremely well voiced, and truly emotional. Some of the moments read like they came out of a fanfic. The romance dialogue in this game (when there is any, it's like your romance choice fucking forgot who you were) is incredibly cheesy. The animation is still incredibly bad, as are the facial expressions. The writing has been predictable as well, even if you didn't read the leak it's not difficult to see who's going to die and/or give some speech. On the bright side though, I enjoy the detail they put into the war assets descriptions, how every unit has some unique description or update. It reminds me a bit of a strategy game, quite nice.
to be honest the facial expressions were always terrible. Shepards blank facial expression towards everything makes me laugh frequently.
Okay, so general thoughts on the game so far: Jack's mission-massive amounts of winner, awesome level.[sp]especially seeing David Archer[/sp] Kasumi had an OK mission, but not bad, expected more after her loyalty mission's standards. Everything on Tuchanka was amazing especially [sp]Mordin's death. " I made a mistake"[/sp] Not really loving the whole only have a few people in your squad, but it seems fine for the story I guess. Weapons-Massive step up from previous games, the mechanics for combat on a whole feel much smoother. Cortez-really good writing for the most part. EDI-[sp]Massive camel toe[/sp] The Kid-[sp] easily the worst idea bioware could come up with, definitely the jar-jar binks of this game. really what the hell. Brothers in Arms for example handled it much better with the PTSD and what not[/sp] writing in general is really up and down imo, except [sp] the ending. fuck that...[/sp]

I kinda teared up when I saw [SP]David Archer during Jack's quest[/SP] because I remembered the [SP]ending of Project Overlord.[/SP]

So by not even trying I saved [sp]Kelly[/sp] although mostly on accident because I randomly told her to [sp]change her name because Cerberus might come looking for her[/sp] and then a couple missions later [sp]cerberus attacks the citadel[/sp]. I guess I'm lucky... Also this war asset system isn't bad I really don't see what people were complaining about, in fact the game so far isn't even bad its pretty enjoyable. Also set myself up an FXAA profile as I like using it in most games. As always if you want it Ill upload. Links instead of embedding in case its somehow spoilerish. Before and afters as always http://www.zilefile.com/files/18007_mctde/me3fxaabefore.jpg http://www.zilefile.com/files/18008_eudlu/me3fxaaafter.jpg http://www.zilefile.com/files/18009_b9lf2/me3fxaabefore1.jpg http://www.zilefile.com/files/18010_2v2ug/me3fxaaafter1.jpg http://www.zilefile.com/files/18011_vc3wk/me3fxaabefore2.jpg http://www.zilefile.com/files/18012_be2n8/me3fxaaafter2.jpg The amount of gay people in ME3 is a bit of a try hard on Biowares part. Not just that but all the homosexual passes without even trying are almost in league with Dragon Age 2...
Installing now somehow ended up with the N7 collectors edition i am pleased
The start of the game had me worried on conversation choices and the wheel being dulled down, but once you get to the citadel the game comes back with a punch to your doubts... Also does anything think Liara's floating ai seems to look a bit like 343 Guilty Spark
waaa, she looks like a fish heres my shep shes a nice layyydddeee
looks like a fish this is the real deal
I'm pretty close to the end and I have no desire to finish blahhhhh
[sp]Prothean squadmate made me lol hard. "Ah, so the lizard men finally evolved," "I believe they're amphibians," "... they used to eat flies."[/sp]
Dear God, reading this thread is like looking through CIA files!
Completed ME3 and watched [sp]all 3 endings[/sp]. [sp]Really? 3? Fucking? Endings? And all of them are bullshit? So all those right decisions and playthroughs of ME1 and ME2 are useless, because either way Shepard dies, Reapers are gone (controlled or destroyed - if destroyed, then geth, EDI and all synthetics too), relays are destroyed, Normandy is stuck on some unknown world?[/sp] I'm just gonna say that I'm no longer a BioWare fan. Hope they'll die.
Someone help me win a contest :v: Just gotta answer the below joke the funniest/best: Why did Shepard cross the road?
Someone help me win a contest :v: Just gotta answer the below joke the funniest/best: Why did Shepard cross the road?
Because he wanted to get away from a horrible ending to a great series [editline]8th March 2012[/editline]
To get to the other Zaeed
okay no this is great oh god my ribs
There's a to Geth to the other side entered but that's great :v: Any more?
Also I heard that for getting good endings with living Shepard and stuff, you have to get Galactic Readiness to 100%. Which means playing co-op. Good anti-pirate protection, cause pirate copies' users can't play co-op and level up GR. But also total bullshit - we have to play co-op for good ending.
I gotta give credit to Bioware for the audio, the reaper sounds are absolutely terrifying. They frey my nerves. Though banshees just sound annoying.
did everyone get breast argumentations while i was in jail or something?
A question regarding the ending from someone who knows practically nothing about the game: Is it going to be something like [sp]"yay, we survived this time but reapers are still on the loose and all will die later"[/sp] and such, cause that's the vibe I'm getting from reading some of your responses. A simple yes, no or "I wish it was that good" will be enough, I just want to know the nature of the ending. Not what actually happens. SO3 was otherwise an absolutely amazing experience but the ending ruined pretty much everything for me, and I'm fearing this is going to be the same. I'm not one of the people who think the game, as a whole, sucks if the ending is bad or that the dev team should burn in hell for one bad ending. But the fact is, the ending to a game is the last thing you'll see, if it sucks, it WILL leave a bitter taste in your mouth. So.. I guess I just want to be ready for when it happens. A lot of the disappointment in SO3's ending was due to me not knowing anything about the infamous twist. [editline]8th March 2012[/editline] How did this post become so long

Oh, also. From Ashes seems like an important piece of DLC. Assuming I'm not going to get a code for it in the regular version of the game, I should probably download it off Marketplace asap?
Well [sp]EDI[/sp] has massive breasts which is weird. Waaay bigger than Liara's.

[sp]Possible to save Quarians and Geth or Geth and Tali? I can help her make kids or make some cpu for Legion[/sp]

Having a Shepard from Mass Effect 1 and doing side quests, with a 60% readiness scale put me over the limit before the end of the second act. The Galactic Readiness acts as a multiplier, where you can improve your effective military strength score up to 2x. It's very possible to get the maximum required score through the course of a standard game, and completing side quests. Multiplayer is just a bonus way of advancing.
