If serious I have bad news for you. You can't buy it all at once they appear in the stores throughout the game and not all at once. Another reason I edited my files to put all armor in, worked the same way as it did for ME2 as the armor is mostly under the same names. Made it so I didn't have to rebuy it.
In ME2 you would do this in Coalesced

I like how you can use left over Bioware points for crates. I had 160 points left after getting almost every ME2 DLC, I used it to get the Spectre crate the night the game came out, and I got that one rifle that shoots grenades. It's the one that kinda looks like the Valkyrie rifle. Shame all the multiplayer matches I joined that night were laggy as fuck and didn't really get to see it's full potential. But now I'm too distracted with the SP to try MP again.
I have a sidemission to find something in the 'Nimbus Cluster' but I 100% it and did not find it.

More of the system unlocks after you do more missions, I'm pretty sure of that. It happens with the Ismar Frontier and one or two others.

Just wait it out, those things end up fixing themselves as you do more missions. I had that happen a few times and then when you get a priority mission just scan the area and you'll find what you need.

Fuck, the Prothean Rifle is so damn useful on Insanity, the mission in the Grissom Academy was a walk in the park (as in I died about 17 times). I only wished it could carry more 'ammo'.

Well I just cracked open my me3 and booted up a default shep for the hell of it.
It's nice so far, but the lack of graphics settings and an awfully fiddly combat system.
I really hope crouch can be enabled in the .ini because I can see myself using it a lot since cover is still fucking useless.

Open the launcher window and you can have a more in depth graphics configuration tool. The MassEffect3Config in Binaries, unless this is what you were talking about then yeah it is limited.

Tried a few combinations but I can't seem to get crouching to work. I think they removed it this time around.
