[sp]Well the ending that most people agree on that thread right now is that you are actually being indoctrinated by Harbinger at the time after being blasted and he's testing your strength to keep fighting. If you choose Control or Synthesis then you have compromised everything you and everyone else believes can win the war and you've sided with indoctrinated slaves like TIM. If you do the Destroy ending then you beat Harbinger and that's why you seem to be alive on Earth in only that ending. To be honest if they went down this path the endings would be a ton better already.[/sp]
Also NG+ 'secret ending' is just the same epilogue scene you get after the credits. You unlock it from either an imported game or NG+.
That's an interesting idea and certainly possible, but it still doesn't give us closure of any kind.

Putting subtitles on makes this one funny video, pretty damn funny if you take some of the words out of context. :v:
Thank you for this video.

Great comments from a great video.
5)[sp] The keepers do absolutely nothing when you walk past them - while this in of itself isn't surprising, you've obviously tripped an alarm as the Keepers are supposed servants of the reapers. Where are the ground forces inside the citadel? Surely the reapers wouldn't throw resources to stop you from getting inside but have *NOTHING* inside to stop you once you got there. Another note on the Keepers - if they're servants to the reapers (or at least susceptible as you would imagine anyone the reapers had dealt with before - why do they not bar your entrance themselves? Why do the walls move in your favor?[/sp]
[sp]Wasn't it already stated that the Keepers have long since evolved to no longer respond to the Reapers?
Something about the Protheans having reprogrammed them or something, can't remember.[/sp]
Crap, sorry for exposing that spoiler, I didn't realize the spoiler tags weren't going to be copypasted over with it.
my favorite thing about the ending ordeals
is watching all the Pro-Bioware loyalists freaking out

I find it more interesting to see the people going "There's nothing wrong with the endings!" Hooooo boy.
Sovereign actually pisses me right the fuck off now.
Because I hear him, and I just think "You got SO fucked over by writers, bro.

Go on BSN, it's weird how many people are claiming they love the ending and love Bioware's every move
like, how much of an asskisser do you have to be
you can't honestly say that this is a satisfactory ending to a series this Epic.

I'm surfing through BSN, haven't seen any cocksucking yet.

They're definitely the minority, but they're present. The vast, vast majority of the fanbase (who's talking about this anyway) is pissed.
So did anyone else try to avoid using mr. Vega as a squadmate because he seemed like a douche?
So did anyone else try to avoid using mr. Vega as a squadmate because he seemed like a douche?
Vega is cool.
I liked Vega.

Look hard enough man. 90% of the threads fall under 3 categories
1.) "My Idea to fix the endings!"
2.) "The endings were a dream!"
3.) "PETITION FOR BIOWARE"
It's really cool kind of how a fanbase has been united over this thing. it's kind of like the actual game itself. The Facepunch fleet, the BSN Fleet, even the /v/ fleet, all stand together against the Bioware reapers.
AND OUR ENDING WILL BE BETTER.

He's a douche alright, but he's a douche with a Claymore and carnage.

Nope. Vega is awesome.

Reading bioware forums is so hilarious with everybody freaking out.

Ònly mission I used Vega on was the last mission because I thought someone might be sacrificed there so I figured it might as well be him.
I didn't like Vega all that much, he was really too stereotypical latino american for my taste.
at first I was skeptical about vega, but his little shuttle stunt on mars was really epic and awesome.
[sp] without vega, that infiltrator robot wouldve gotten away with the crucible details and they might not been able to recover it [/sp]
at first I was skeptical about vega, but his little shuttle stunt on mars was really epic.
In a way, [sp]Vega saved the galaxy from the Reapers by doing that. The Doctor would have gotten away with the blueprints otherwise.[/sp]

I really liked his little back-and-forths with Javik and Garrus. "Oh, you got jokes then!"

Well, someone made a poll about how incredible bad the ending is, see for your self.

It's true what you said about the minority, but i really doubt BW is gonna stick to them if they'll take this poll serious.

Still better than those who say the endings are fine as it is IMO.
Well, I beat the game. My hiatus from this thread since the leaked script is over. hooray
my only problem with Vega is that he was the noob on my team. Who else was on my team?
Liara - My love interest from the first game
Kaidan - Buddy from the first game
Garrus - Shepard's best friend
Tali - Shepards personal fangirl
Why would I pass up any of my long earned battle brothers for the new guy?
IMO, woulda been way smarter to have Vega been Wrex. I know Wrex is busy on Tuchanka and shit, but he woulda been so much better.
[editline]10th March 2012[/editline]
My favorite Vega moment though is when he's talking to Cortez about how the Mako was better than the Hammerhead, and Vega brings up that his favorite tank was the Grizzly Bear.
Cortez replies "I always figured you were the kind of man who liked Bears, Mr. Vega"
For those who don't get it...
[sp]"bear" is gay slang for big hairy gay men[/sp]
Snip

I never go to the shuttle maintenance floor, it consists of a big muscular man working out and a gay guy working on shuttles. All that floor needs is YMCA playing on the radio.
[sp]So do all the endings have that video (after the credits) in the far future talking about Shepard as a hero?
Also, I've not been able to save Anderson at all[/sp]

but that's where Robo-pup and the upgrade station is
[editline]10th March 2012[/editline]
Cortez has earned his place on my crew by calling Vega gay.

So do all the endings have that video in the far future talking about Shepard as a hero?

Well, the BW ment for Mass Effect to "live" on after the 3rd game probably, but i always wanted to see Shepard settle down and/or prepare for the next horrible enemy that might destroy all life as they know it.
Speaking of robo-pup. What a let down. It does nothing and you can't interact with it at all besides "Stay."
