I don't care that Bioware copied locations and used stock photos as long as the results are pleasing. In fact I think it's good, gives them more time to work on other more important things.
I find it disrespectful, she looks like a human even in that picture. Like, even more than Asari's. Plus, when did she take that picture in game? I mean, where did she find the time to remove her armor, place herself in front of the sunset, and take a photo? Who took the photo?
goddamnit woman it's been like, hours let me go back to Mass Effect
except for like, the digitigrade legs and three fingers and whatnot
You can't see the legs in the photo, and three fingers isn't very alien. Some people are born with three fingers on Earth, lol.
Alright here is basically how to edit the value of war assets so you don't have to rely on MP or rely on grinding. Get the save editor http://svn.gib.me/builds/masseffect3/ I recommend the one with the coalesced tool so you can decompile the coalesced and easily search through it to find the lines and sections. Coalesced.bin is in Mass Effect 3\BIOGame\CookedPCConsole Drag it onto the Gibbed.MassEffect3.Coalesce to decompile it and you'll have a folder called Coalesced in the directory where you have Coalesced.bin. In the folder find the file 09_bioui.json and open with a program like Notepad++. Find the line " "sfxgame.sfxgawassetshandler" and you'll see a really long list of assets. All you need for save editing is the ID number to the left. Open the save editor, find your save game, go to the bottom, click player, and on the right you should see GAWAssets. To the right of that is a collection section, just open that up and you'll see a list. Editing the coalesced only works for new saves it seems since the save file records the amount. Its easier just to edit the strength here. ID = ID in the coalesced and Strength = current strength in your save game obviously. Just edit the strength to boost your war assets.
Anyway to boost your galactic readiness with that?
Goddamnit, now I'm [sp]stranded in the remains of the Citadel[/sp] and Garrus is [sp]on some remote planet with the rest of the crew[/sp] We'll [sp]never see a turian-human baby :[ [/sp]
I haven't exactly asked myself this question after reading everybody's take on the endings... But.. Quite frankly, how did this even go through over there in Bioware? Surely somebody must've stepped forward and was like, "y'know.. This doesn't sound too good.." I mean. I haven't seen so many plot holes in an ending since WallE. I mean, c'mon. Even Wall-E's ending was better.

Well, okay, cept for the sudden everything works out happily ever after moment :v:
You can't see the legs in the photo, and three fingers isn't very alien. Some people are born with three fingers on Earth, lol.
dude, have you looked at a quarian's hand
dude, have you looked at a quarian's hand
Look at her picture. It's a human's hand cut off after the middle finger.
Seriously, I mean c'mon. Surely they must have some kind of .. Plot thing.. Going on.. I dunno, It just sickens me how poorly written the endings were.
Look at her picture. It's a human's hand cut off after the middle finger.
And ingame you clearly can see some space between her fingers, like a tuning fork.
Seriously, I mean c'mon. Surely they must have some kind of .. Plot thing.. Going on.. I dunno, It just sickens me how poorly written the endings were.
Just wait for some more DLC, apparently.
And ingame you clearly can see some space between her fingers, like a tuning fork.
Tali is clearly Captain [del]Hook[/del] Tuning Fork
I need to wash my mouth out with a good ending, is Deus ex HR any good?
I need to wash my mouth out with a good ending, is Deus ex HR any good?
Apparently it has the same ending as ME3.
Apparently it has the same ending as ME3.
But less pot holes. Err i mean plot holes.
Less plot holes sound pretty nice right now, I'll pick up it.
Apparently it has the same ending as ME3.
The First Deus Ex (one of the best PC games ever BTW) has the same endings. [sp]Destroy Area 51, leave Humanity in the stone age ---- Destroy Reapers, leave galaxy in stone age Merge with Helios, transcend humanity ------- Merge with Reapers, transcend humanity Control the Illumaniti, work with the enemy ------------- Control the Reapers, control the enemy[/sp]
OH FUCK.. How about The Witcher 2? Is it any good? Hows the story line?
Just finished the game. In all honesty, I can say that the only thing that disappointed me are the endings. Those endings are probably the laziest game endings I have ever experienced and that makes me mad. Not because of the quality of the endings, but because it's the only thing in Mass Effect 3 that has left me dissatisfied. I have thoroughly enjoyed the game and I'm pretty sure I'll be playing Multiplayer for quite a while.
Deus Ex Human Revolution however, has the same concept -Irrelevant choices -Lack of satisfaction -Meaningless endings [editline]11th March 2012[/editline]
OH FUCK.. How about The Witcher 2? Is it any good? Hows the story line?
Deus Ex 2 is still good, you should play it
OH FUCK.. How about The Witcher 2? Is it any good? Hows the story line?
Now the Witcher 2 is a safe bet, although you probably want to play Witcher 1 first. ;)
But the endings in HR were good
went to earth with 1600 effective military points i truly am a winner
But the endings in HR were good
The actual endings, yes, but the final cutscene was a 20 second powerpoint with Jensen narrating.
went to earth with 1600 effective military points i truly am a winner
Describe your glorious victory.
went to earth with 1600 effective military points i truly am a winner
Did you do it with 'La Marseillaise' playing in the background? :v: [sp]I am a horrible person.[/sp]
The actual endings, yes, but the final cutscene was a 20 second powerpoint with Jensen narrating.
Yeah, I liked that
