[sp] quarians are douchebags, the only reason why they have been having it so badly for centuries is their own fault, besides those shitheads started a war just when reapers were attacking, way to complicate things guys [/sp]
I honestly [sp]Hated them so much, and was willing to let 'em all die
but a stupid fucking scene with a rock prevented me from doing it
I couldn't do that to Tali
and I don't even like her[/sp]
[editline]11th March 2012[/editline]
They also start the war against the geth 15 days before the Reapers hit Earth, so quit blamin' em for errything
Still, dumb timing
too bad the ending ruined the atmosphere of this game
Just give it some time to let the memories start to fade
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L-1FAxiUAoo (1:38)
that's cool, I didn't feel like being happy this week anyway
Ahahahah, that scene, it's such the biggest troll face ever. (Spoiler Rannoch)
[sp]When tali tries to jump off, and they show you a paragon interrupt, and even if you do it, she still dies, it's an horrible troll.[/sp]
It shouldn't be funny, but yet that interrupt is so fucking pointless, like a ray of hope that just fucks you over.
God, just thinking about it, [sp]The Cure Sabotage is genuinely the most awful fucking thing there. The Krogans will be convinced that they can reproduce and everything's fine... but soon they'll discover they were lied too. And they'll go write back to hating the Salarians, the Turians... and probably even the humans if they ever found out.[/sp]
And in the end, [sp]it won't matter, every ending invalidates the consequences. What's so bad in krogans hating your guts if either: a) everything is merged, organics and synthetics alike, so no more krogans; b) they won't have any way to organise or even to know that it didn't work as they're scatered throughout the galaxy with no communication; c) basically... I didn't really understand what happens if you control the reapers[/sp].
So, this is my new favorite ending theory
http://social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/355/index/9764576
It can't possibly be the true ending, but it makes sense and is kind of cleverly written like how the rest of Mass Effect 3 was.

wonder how many huge Tali fans raged over that
wonder how many huge Tali fans raged over that
Huge Tali fans would've never let that happen to her for a moment
Goddamn, some the of the Renegade options in this game are cold hearted.

And here I was thinking renegade just meant being an asshole, that takes it to a whole other extreme.

[sp]Every ending destroys the mass relay system, in order to let the intelligent races develop their own technological path. Synthesis is def. the most vague, but it probably makes people immortal and super-intelligent, which would probably invalidate the genophage. Control puts Shepard in control of the reapers, at which point they return to dark space, keeping the galaxy mostly the same. Destruction would almost certainly destroy the Krogan population on Tuchanka either way, as they would be stuck on a nuclear hellhole with no technology. However, Wrex and his troops on Earth would probably repopulate.[/sp]
Huge Tali fans would've never let that happen to her for a moment
[sp]I am a Tali fan, and I was pretty stressed out when I told Legion to upload the code, because his people deserved to have a better lifestyle, synthetic or not. If I had that suicide ending, I'd have been pretty pissed off, but gladly I had enough paragon to work it out. [/sp]
wonder how many huge Tali fans raged over that
I don't think any Tali fans would do that.
Huge Tali fans would've never let that happen to her for a moment
but just imagine
just imagine if somehow they let it happen
imagine the screams
it would be glorius
For anyone who [sp]let Legion upload the data: way to crush the dreams of a civilization that they've been having for centuries.[/sp]
Their exile is self imposed. I agree with the dickish Admiral on Talis trial in ME2, I forget his name. But he criticises Talis father, she tries to defend him, saying how the Geth drove them from their homeworld.
"Of course they did. We tried to kill them." Simple harsh Truth.

That's interesting. [sp]I kind of felt like there was something off about that rubble laying around Shepard. It didn't look like it would be from the Citadel. And the wind, I didn't think there would be wind there either. I guess we have to wait for the "The Ending was a Dream, Here's The Real Ending" DLC.[/sp]

A line from that same thread put it very bluntly and I like it: "I call this the 'Grasping at straws because the writers couldn't tell a proper story' theory. "
I'm quite disappointed that none of the ME2 characters are[sp] available as squad members. Especially the DLC characters that you had to pay for. I was really bugged when I did the Kasumi mission and at the end she said she would join and all I got was some dumb war asset instead of a team member[/sp]

[sp]You have to understand that the Quarians were raised up without even being told that one geth asked its creator the question and what the reaction to it was. All they were told is that the geth rebelled, so hating them would be understandable from their point of view. Honestly, once we develop AI, and get asked that same question I honestly wouldn't be surprised if some people attacked them.[/sp]
i'm really digging the OST, it was really well composed

God damn it.

[sp]It wouldn't make them immortal, but species with a short life span would definitely see a great increase(maybe that of an Asari before the merge). Everything else is also an upgrade, so it shouldn't be too long before alternative FTLs are up and running.[/sp]
There's no way in hell I'm paying for better ending DLC, they should have made a good ending the first time around.

even though having a paid DLC just to get the right ending would reignite the fires of the eternal EA hate engine deep within my heart
oh my god now I'm excited again

If it is paid DLC, it will be either cheap or free for people who have the Collector's Edition.
If it is paid DLC, it will be either cheap or free for people who have the Collector's Edition.
That's still unacceptable. I've already paid for and beaten the game. We shouldn't be forced to wait and/or pay more money for an ending that is actually satisfying when it should have been in the game to begin with. This is way worse than the whole day 1 DLC shit.
Multiplayer is surprisingly fun for me since I thought it was going to blow. How do I get new guns and armor though?

not at all - holding the real ending would actually be a ridiculously progressive way of telling a story. It's a giant risk that big-money developers wouldn't normally take.
As long as it's free.
I chuckled when Grunt [sp]survived the "last stand" and was covered in reaper blood and stuff. That's the grunt I remember[/sp]
I also got rid of [sp]Ashley. At least it was an option, she was a bitch.[/sp]
Multiplayer is surprisingly fun for me since I thought it was going to blow. How do I get new guns and armor though?
Just by purchasing the recruit, veteran and spectre packs from the store.
If you are looking for character customisation head for recruit, go for Veteran and Spectre packs if you want the better guns.
I've done every mission I can do, with nearing full paragon, and 3204+ EMS, up to the "Speak with Quarriens" part. Am I fairing okay?? If I keep going like this will I be able to get at least 5000 ems?
