I'm just waiting for Bioware's official statement regarding the ending, it better be good.
If they update the game with a new ending (which they won't but if they do) I would gladly replay it

Let's hope so. I'd like nothing more than to start the game, [sp]with a new DLC (preferably free, after this shit) that says Shepard being back on the Normandy and the entire conclusion was just him being knocked out after the Reaper cannon narrowly misses him. And then the actual conclusion happens, where you have the choice to control the Reapers by altering the function of the Crucible (and the Citadel IS the Catalyst, only in the sense that it allows Crucible to use the Mass Relays to get its job done) or shut down the Reapers. It wanted to let you know that you would die, that you would be responsible for the death of all synthetic life including the Geth. If that indoctrination theory is true it was trying to stop you from making that choice and break free of the indoctrination, it was trying to appeal to your sense of self preservation which, if Commander Shepard is selfless enough wouldn't matter. Something the Reapers probably don't understand, being programmed to preserve themselves.[/sp]

I'd be fine with this, but the plot is basically giving really no hints to this or extremely slim ones so its an obscure shot in the dark that fucks people over.

Bioware are clever. They've created an ending that's so terrible that their whole fanbase is willing to pay for a different one.
I would hope the negativity shitstorm would be large enough to make them reconsider. Then again, knowing publishers, I doubt it.

Any coalasced files or something to improve graphics or anything? I see some people whose games look alot better than mine (max settings with AA, AF at 16x forced in CCC etc)

I really liked the ending and the game as a whole really, it was really fucking good. Got a terrible ending though since I couldn't be arsed to increase my galactic readiness and, like I always do, said 'fuck off' whenever I was confronted with a WoW fetch quest. I did all the actual sidequests (you know, the ones with actual voice acting, gameplay and a coherent story) and they were all quite good. I was expecting the game to be mediocre so for it to be this good is fantastic. Unfortunately I didn't import a save from ME1/2 and made choices ingame that were less than stellar so basically everyone who could die in ME3 did.
The game looked really good as well, apart from some lowres textures (as per for bioware) I was genuinely impressed with the visuals (though the most technically impressive thing for me is that they finally bothered to animate kissing)
Worst thing by far was the fucking child that appears throughout the game, not so much an emotional cheap shot as an emotional cheap shot that failed on every conceivable level (I didn't care that he died, and I doubt shepard would care that much that he died). The dream sequences with him in were fucking awful (I spent about 10 minutes running around in the first one) and his voice actor was sub-par as well. I was moved emotionally by quite a few moments in the game but I couldn't give less of a shit about the fucking kid. And the ending epilogue scene with the photo sucked, can they not find kids who are decent voice actors

If the game did continue after that then Bioware would be hailed as the greatest game story tellers of all time but no, they threw it all away.
