That looks shopped. I can tell by the pixels and I've seen quite a few shops in my time.
Why can't you add a retail copy of Mass Effect 1/2 to the Steam cloud? It's possible for plenty of other games, but once it gets to EA games it doesn't work.
I think EA told Steam not to do that in effort to get more folks to get on the Origin Bandwagon.
