The only thing I personally object to is the ending and its lack of closure. Maybe Tali's face as well, it's lazy as fuck.

This reminded just me. I was so distraught over the ending that I forgot about the game itself. I thought it was a tad short and they also removed the exploration and deeper side quests. I got 35-40 hours out of the first two games and that was going at a normal pace. I barely got 23 hours out of this game and to be honest, I was trying to prolong the experience.
It seems like all of the minor assignments were just artifact harvesting and running around the Citadel giving items to their respective owners. Correct me if I am wrong but I distinctly remember exploring in the first few games and finding unique quests that were fairly lengthy. The given side quests were also more involving and there were a lot more of them.

I can watch it on youtube and I'm fine, it's not my Shepard so I'm not really attached. But when I did it myself in game, I was choking up and would have cried if my brother wasn't in the room with me.

There are just some little things about this game that are lazy, but the rest of the 20 hours of the game is fucking fantastic, people just love to overreact, and its stupid. I love ME3, ME2, and ME1, and the ending doesn't ruin my life, or the franchise, I still love it, I do wish the ending wasn't so bad, but I like to hold to the concept of it being a dream, as that is actually pretty interesting.

Oh man only 23 hours? Shit dude that fucking sucks! Not like that's longer than nearly every single singleplayer experience made in the last decade!
