There are the mission against Cerberus bases. They're side missions.
At least the side quests in ME2 had you shooting things sometimes. Instead of just scanning a planet.
I agree with this. ME3 was just a bunch of scanning planets and a couple actual landings. I have the feeling ME2 sported way more landings. Stuff as "Kill these 3 Heavy Mechs and get your ass back on the ship".
Did you delete the programming in Mass effect 2? [sp]I think Legion mentions the fact that deleting the code worked out better for the Geth in the end and there's a Journal entry mentioning that the geth were now slightly more advanced and more fearsome in combat due to the code being rewritten/deleted [/sp] or whatever it was I did in ME2
I rewrote the geth rebels, if thats what you mean.
There are the mission against Cerberus bases. They're side missions.
Most of those were pretty much just MP maps played in singleplayer. Fair play though, a lot of the maps did have a pretty great atmosphere.
I rewrote the geth rebels, if thats what you mean.
Hmm..not sure what else influences the choice options then..[sp]I let legion get to like 40% reaper code upload before i decided to stop him after seeing what Tali does to herself when the Quarian fleet gets annhilated. [/sp]
Okay, so.. am I remembering Mass Effect 2 wrong or are the side quests in this game really horrible? They're nearly all fetch quests or "Walk around, press use on something, walk to another place, press use then watch a cutscene, walk around, press use, then watch a final cutscene".. and good lord, the journal/quest log is a mess.
ME2 was just anomalies you could go to if you scanned a planet. In ME3, you have the N7 missions which are basically just the multiplayer maps with an actual objective, and then 4 or 5 side missions like the Grissom Academy and Tuchanka bomb. Then there's the fetch quests that constantly clutter your journal.

[/sp]
[sp] I let him upload all the code then persuaded the quarians to stand down [/sp]
if I choose fortification as my bonus power, will it stack with tech armor?
Where is Tali hiding on the Normandy?
Maybe it's just me but Fortification didn't seem to increase my survivability as Infiltrator one bit.
[sp] I let him upload all the code then persuaded the quarians to stand down [/sp]
I didn't get that option, [sp]Tali tried but the fleet didn't listen [/sp] Maybe it was something to do with Tali being outcast in my playthrough?
Where is Tali hiding on the Normandy?
Engineering, of course. Same spot as ME2.
Where is Tali hiding on the Normandy?
She's either in the war room/engineering/the obs deck with the bar or standing infront of the plaque with names on it
I didn't get that option, [sp]Tali tried but the fleet didn't listen [/sp] Maybe it was something to do with Tali being outcast in my playthrough?
[sp] ah, Tali wasn't outcast in mine and she was now an admiral [/sp]
Engineering, of course. Same spot as ME2.
That, or[sp]she's shagging Garrus.[/sp]
Engineering, of course. Same spot as ME2.
Doesn't seem to be...
[sp] ah, Tali wasn't outcast in mine and she was now an admiral [/sp]
Ahh okay, mystery solved :D [editline]12th March 2012[/editline]
That, or[sp]she's shagging Garrus.[/sp]
She was not....his mandible got stuck in her visor and and...nooooo!
[sp]i really just wanted shep to live with tali and help her build her house :( if bioware make this DLC i would buy it the second it came out, not a talimancer or anything just.. really wanted shep to live (i'd give the house a bar so garrus could come over and have a few drinks)[/sp] shitty page king oh well :/
Doesn't seem to be...
Well obviously she can move around, press V or M to check if she's on the deck you're currently on.
Ahh okay, mystery solved :D [editline]12th March 2012[/editline] She was not....his mandible got stuck in her visor and and...nooooo!
No no, its her emergency induction port.
[sp](i'd give the house a bar so garrus could come over and have a few drinks)[/sp]
[sp]just make sure he doesn't end up boning her[/sp]
[sp] that renegade interrupt where shepard turns around and punches kai lengs sword, breaking it and then getting his/her omni blade out and stabbing him in the ribs was just so awesome [/sp]
What determines [sp]who steps out of the Normandy at the end? I know it's always Joker then EDI if she survives (control/merge), and if you pick destroy it's Joker and your LI, but both plus someone else. What determines who this third person is? I remember reading somewhere it's whoever you had the "strongest relationship with" but I can't find that again anywhere, nor do I know what determines the strength of a relationship. Anyone know anything that could shed some light on this?[/sp]
Isn't it just who you romanced? Or if you didn't romance anyone, whoever you were closest to romancing or something.
[sp] that renegade interrupt where shepard turns around and punches kai lengs sword, breaking it and then getting his/her omni blade out and stabbing him in the ribs was just so awesome [/sp]
it was even more awesome for me though because [sp]I'd made a habit of shouting "FUCKING KAI-LENG" every time he appeared on screen because it made my bro laugh it would have been better if he said "That was for Anderson's CheeriO's" though[/sp]
No no, its her emergency induction port.
Pretty sure that's a straw! :D
[sp]just make sure he doesn't end up boning her[/sp]
[sp] most people can't even get bra's off, heaven forbid a full hardsuit.[/sp]
[sp] most people can't even get bra's off, heaven forbid a full hardsuit.[/sp]
[sp]you never know with reach like his[/sp]
I also enjoyed spending quality time with [sp] Garrus on the citadel when you were on the top skeet shooting and just taking a time out from the war, he seems like a cool buddy to have [/sp]
So last night (here at least) I did the [sp]geth dreadnought[/sp] mission. I [sp]disabled the shit and what not and Gerrel says 'LETS DESTROY THE SHIP CUZ ITS VULNERABLE'[/sp], I was like WHAT YOU STUPID FUCK I'M STILL[sp]INSIDE[/sp]! I play as Paragon (this character at least), over the course of the three games and I took the first Renegade option IN THE ENTIRE GAME and almost took the interrupt as well.
[sp] most people can't even get bra's off, heaven forbid a full hardsuit.[/sp]
Only need to get the fly open
