So.... [sp]How does the Synthesis ending even work? I would imagine some sort of surgical augmentation would be necessary to turn all life synthetic.[/sp]
Space magic
New article on the endings. Spoilers. http://www.computerandvideogames.com/339608/features/mass-effect-3s-ending-why-the-backlash-is-idiotic-but-inevitable/
The writer of that article is right in one way but I think fans are more annoyed that it doesn't make any sense.
[editline]12th March 2012[/editline] Weakest of the series, in a series where it goes 9/10, 10/10, 10/10 yeah, weakest
Never said it was bad, if that's what you're implying. Just compared to its sequels, just not as good.
Really? IMO ME1 was the absolute weakest of the series.
I thought it was pretty great up until the end. EDIT: Oh I thought you wrote ME3.
Really? IMO ME1 was the absolute weakest of the series.
As a role-playing game it was standout. As a shooter it fell markedly short of the margin. I don't remember ever playing a game since Fire Warrior where the combat was such a chore.
I thought it was pretty great up until the end. EDIT: Oh I thought you wrote ME3.
Mass Effect 3, for 29 hours and 50 minutes, was undoubtedly one of the best games I've ever played.
Writer is an idiot.
I agree with the parts about a happily ever after ending. Mass Effect shouldn't have an ending like that, but he completely misses the point about the [sp]ending not making any fucking sense and not fitting with the role-playing aspects of the series whatsoever.[/sp]
New article on the endings. Spoilers. http://www.computerandvideogames.com/339608/features/mass-effect-3s-ending-why-the-backlash-is-idiotic-but-inevitable/
It's kind of annoying how these people seem to miss the point behind the complaining. Just because a large amount of people are disgruntled by something doesn't mean they're "whining", they're more likely to have actual reasons, justifications and criticism over why they're bothered by something, and when those people appear to be the majority, it's time to stop thinking that they're just "bitching" and maybe consider that they may have a point.
Fuck! I edited my ME2 save so all my Cerberus crew was alive, and Gabbi Daniels is still dead. Any way I can change that in ME3 save editor? I looked around and have ye to find anything.

Of course, the reality is far from that.
They had like absolutely no dialogue in this game. Fucking weak.
[sp]Yeah, but you can catch them having sex in the sub deck of engineering[/sp]
Mass Effect 3, for 29 hours and 50 minutes, was undoubtedly one of the best games I've ever played.
I made a graph depicting the greatness of the game http://dl.dropbox.com/u/44722719/AhorsePenis.jpg Spoilers.

Everyone just wants a ending that actually makes sense and offers a conclusion. Instead this writer thinks "olololo generalise a whole community and make them look like pricks - all hail glorisous baiowre mastorpeice!"
They had like absolutely no dialogue in this game. Fucking weak.
Still nice to have those two engineers down there
[sp]Yeah, but you can catch them having sex in the sub deck of engineering[/sp]
NO FUCKING WAY THAT'S AWESOME
NO FUCKING WAY THAT'S AWESOME
That's why I edited my save so she is alive, but I realized that I did not change Missions after abduction to 0, so it was still like I did missions between abduction of my crew, and the suicide mission.
Walking on Garrus [sp]"calibrating" Tali[/sp] was really one of the funniest parts
Walking on Garrus [sp]"calibrating" Tali[/sp] was really one of the funniest parts
Bioware did a good job on calibration jokes. They didn't overdo them or make them unfunny, they nailed just the right amount.
Bioware did a good job on calibration jokes. They didn't overdo them or make them unfunny, they nailed just the right amount.
It's not like capcom and "I've Covered Wars You know" they reference that every 5 minutes in Dead Rising now
[sp]Yeah, but you can catch them having sex in the sub deck of engineering[/sp]
What, why did I never see this?
Calibrating DAT ASS Next ME game will be a prequel or from a different PoV or magic space faries [sp]save/revive sherpard[/sp]...I hope.
I'm debating on starting a new character with my edited ME2 save that has Gabbi alive. I'm only 5 hours in, and if I play on easy until I get where I left off here, it will be a couple hours tops.
I don't know, the endings aren't even that bad. Its just things in them ruin it. [sp]Normandy Landing, Lack of explanation of certain things (TIM? Anderson?)[/sp] So its like... :v:
I don't know, the endings aren't even that bad. Its just things in them ruin it. Spoilers. So its like... :v:
Spoilers tags.
Spoilers tags.
ehh,, it's not really spoilers
ehh,, it's not really spoilers
Few Minor spoilers in there, just trying to be respectful towards the people who have not beat the game.

So its like... :v:
Yer the one stinger for me is [sp] my crew magically appearing in the Normandy which is magically several jumps down the mass relays, can't tell if Bioware rushed it, didn't think about it, or there's more to it. People are annoyed because the ending left them hanging. [/sp]
